Fast, Friendly, and Fair Gold Exchange in Universal City, TX

I had some broken gold jewelry that I no longer wore, so I decided to sell it instead of getting it repaired. My first stop was San Marcos Royal Jewelers, but unfortunately, they were rude and only offered trades. Then I came across Golden Cash Exchange on Pat Booker Road in Universal City, TX—and I’m so glad I did!

From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding. Mike was professional, courteous, and took the time to walk me through the process of determining the gold’s carat and verifying its authenticity, which I really appreciated. The service was fast, and I received money upfront.

Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you for making the process so easy and enjoyable!
