Terrible service, they put ice in your Pepsi without asking, they dont ask if your meal is ok. Just feels very cold and unprofessional

Appalling service…
We are regulars here and have always been satisfied but this evening the service was absolutely shocking. For a Saturday evening it wasn’t busy but we had to wait ages for our drinks order to be taken then ages for them to arrive. We had to chase them up then ask if we could order food.
The food was ok but appalling service.

The food and service is shocking, from order to table was 1 hour 15 minutes and it wasn’t busy.
I ordered Gammon and rump steak, the steak was inedible.
It’s ok doing buy one get one free but you have to be able to eat what you’ve ordered.
All in all
Rubbish food along with rubbish service.
I will definitely not be returning to this pub again.

Terrible service!
Sat for around 45 minutes for our food; I went over to the manager and asked politely if he could check where our food was, for him to reply 'it's being played up next, and it's only been 30 minutes'
10 minutes later our food arrived and the staff have become very hostile to us and very blunt
Not very happy so far!!
