Everyday disconnecting me from VyprVPN.
VyprVPN app is disconnects me everyday and can't connect again. Sometimes changing protocols solve problems, but temporarily. It's really annoying. Now I can't connect to VyprVPN at all.
But huge plus for VyprVPN is the only VPN who have Marshall Islands server and have port forwarding feature, and speeds are very good.
Total waste of time. It used to auto connect when starting Windows. No more. Find out 15 minutes after being on Internet VPN is not running. Zero personal security. Most of time it never connects where I want it. I go for Canada and almost always connects to Texas. That brings up another point. When connecting to Canada it says connected to Unun Corp in Toronto. So the gaurantee Vyper owns their own servers and uses no third parties is total BS. Ive had a total of one good year out of 3. This company may be from Switzerland but they have no clue what they are doing. Service cannot be trusted.

Scammers! I purchased the "VyprVPN Premium 1 Month" subscription which was covered with the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Since their VPN service was a rubbish, I cancelled it in a few days, hoping that I would get a refund, however I just found out that they haven't refunded it. I contacted them via their online support and found out that "unfortunately cancellation will not initiate refund" and I had to ask them if I really want to get refunded. After the long chat, they told me that refund was initiated, but I didn't get any confirmation email. Finally I reported the PayPal transaction and I am sure I will get refund, but if I had paid directly from their website - I would get scammed certainly!

I signed in to test if the vyp worked and I entered my credit card details. I wanted to watch Netflix from another country and it didn´t work that is why I asked for the refund and they said they were going to sent it to paypal and I am still waiting my paypal balance has not changed and I think they stole my money and lied

I bought a new premium subscription few weeks ago because I had to renew it. However because of Paypal's automatic renewal I was also charged the amount from last year today. I contacted support (someone named Rayden) and I asked for refund on the transaction that was mistakenly charged from the Paypal's automatic renewal... instead they refunded the transaction from few weeks ago and cancelled my subscription, while the one from the automatic renewal still isn't refunded.

I bought the subscription expecting to pay once a month and it was compatible with my old iMac 24. However, they charged me for a whole year and the system didn't fit my iMac 24. I asked for my money back as it is cotyme in Sweden when you don't deliver the right product. But no, they didn't and I think it would be appropriate to write what requirements they set for the computer equipment before you buy. I mean it's a kind of first-class deception trick. Don't buy from them! They only think in terms of money!
They rely on some obscure policy in order to automatically renew your subscription and charge you. I requested an account cancellation. They get back to you telling you they are sad to see you go and that you can reactivate your account in case you change your mind. 2 years later they charge my account again! I request cancellation one more time and the status of it stays at "cancellation pending". The response I get from them, when contacting via email is irrelevant. In fact, they are just trying to avoid any meaningful conversation about the issue. This company is not to be trusted. I'll have to take legal action against them
As stated by other customers the billing in GBP while the original charge is in EUR is a real scam. The customer support told me the problem arose recently. However when reading the comments it is clear that is has been going on since June 2021. This is a real SCAM! Avoid this provider at any cost.
I subscribed to that VPN service. It started with an "error" based on the their support team as i was charged in GBP instead of EUR. Based on the reviews available on the web, this "error" has been for quite some times... I asked them to apply the 30 days money back guarantee and of course they say they took note, it will happen but it does not... At this level, it looks a pure scam and i'm looking at the police to make sure those types of companies end up in law court... Based on the reviews, people even say they charge again on your card, so be cautious !!!
I purchased the VyprVPN premium subscription plan for 3 years, the cost should have been 54€ but i was charged 54£ from golden frog (plus other charges from my bank because the receipt was made in Svizzera but paid outside the EU).
I have tried to ask for assitance via chat many times and they tell me everytime that 'we are aware of the issue and we are very sorry, we would also be mad if we were in your place blablabla..'
Last chat assistance I gave them a deadline up to 17th december 2021, if by that time they do not send me the excess money charged back I am going to cancel my subscription (within the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee) and proceed with all the legal stuff against them. Because this is considered Fraud.

I've reverted the transaction, as it's not what I agreed to.
Looking at the other reviews, this "billing issue" has been going on since at least June and the only 1-star review replied to is one that mentioned contacting a consumer rights organisation.
I will do the same if my money is not refunded within 7 business days.

They charged me £10.85 instead of 10.85 Euro, then when I requested to cancel under their 30 day refund guarantee, due to the billing error and poor service they have said it is not possible until some data issue is resolved. This dates back 3 months in my case. I see they have been using the same excuse for a long time now. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I will be contacting my credit card company informing them of the fraud, and ask for them to get a refund directly from their bank.
I was falsely billed for GBP currency instead of EUR for one year's costs.
In addition, previous invoices were deleted and substituted by a fictitious invoice from another country.
My repeated requests to correct the errors resulted in long replies and excuses like "latest migration of billing platform" and promises to refund the excess amount charged, but now 3 months later they have still not refunded.
This looks like fraud to me-- or they simply don't give a sh/t. An honest company would have refunded the overcharge immediately. I will not be using this VPN any more.
