The lady behind the mic...

The lady behind the mic.... her voice was absolutely 💯 👌 pure, once she introduced herself I was like omg... wat is this voice im hearing she was top notch at explaining everything to me... I had to ask, are u a robot 😆 🤣 she replied with a giggle... all I can really say, is I only wanted to have a browse at wat u can offer me, but I was just lost in her voice and away with the fairys, literally I just had woken up..... could hear my phone buzzing, sirens 🚨 going I so didnt want to answer it, but im glad I did.. thank you for being so straightforward, and I will so appreciate ur guidance in the future... peace ✌️ beautiful lady 😉😁

Vanessa was so great to talk too

Vanessa was so great to talk too. Explained things to me, making it simple to understand.
Just by Vanessa's polite happy tone of voice, made me feel at ease. Thanks alot for your help Vanessa. So glad Ive joined Golden Insurance.

To be honest finding an insurer who was…

To be honest finding an insurer who was willing to cover the many medical issues i have was a first for me.

The customer service rep was also another big reason why I took the insurance. She was so respectful and very clear when asking the questions to do with my medical conditions & clarifying these.
She is also one in so few that was able to pronounce my first & surname, it means nothing to most people but its a big tick for me.
She was also a good time keeper, I asked if she could ring me back at 2pm, this would give me time to speak with my husband. She was right on time, even though there was a time zone difference (Aus - NZ).
All in all I was very happy with Jades personal interest but professionalism and I thank her for this.

The customer service received was…exceptional!!!! Kai was really easy to work with and listened! That definitely helps!

The customer service received was fantastic!
My CSO was Kai! He and I spoke initially last Friday and he explained the oprions and how the insurance works. He answered all my questions confidently! And when I asked him to give me time to think about it, he happily said he’d follow up tye following week! He is a great asset to your company!

There are some wonderful young people around

The young man Leon sold me. He was personable and encouraging without being pushy and allowed me to lead the conversation. There were times when he pulled me back on track. So it was more him and his personality that helped me take the next step.
