When experiencing difficulties the management comes to the rescue and assistance was needed were patient wise and helpful price was very good
As I am not good at purchases on web sites and transferring money,the owner can and does assist and their prices are good,As Mario ineco ( monaco64) is correct,as prices and delivery are very good

Wrong coin sent
Ordered specific 2025 coin, as shown on invoice/receipt. Got 2023 coin instead. Same gold content, but not what was ordered or confirmed.

Learnt about GIL this January because of Maneco64. GIL offers competitive price compared to Royal Mint but needs catch up with Atkinson. That said, already had three orders since. On the second order, instead of 2025 Sovereign, a 2024 was sent. Oliver promptly replied and resolved the issue plus a surprise Silver Bullion coin. Easy to open an account and do business with no hassles. Very satisfied so had another order yesterday before this review.

Excellent Customer service
Gold investments sent my package and DPD messed up the delivery. I got an immediate response from Oliver and he dealt with DPD's error efficiently and with no loss to me.
Their customer service is second to none. I will definitely continue to purchase from them.
