They came and installed two new air…

They came and installed two new air conditioning units for us. Unfortunately, we believe they disconnected our heating when installing the Honeywell AC control units in the basement. Now we’re freezing and we had to move the bedroom of our baby upstairs until they help us resolve the issue.

Suffered from fraud, lied to and company is unreliable.

Caution: Not trustworthy nor reliable see also review on trust pilot. 1. Tech committed fraud and the company planned on sending the same technician back. He forged the signature saying he completed the work to our satisfaction. 2. He tried to charge us $280.00 despite our service maintenance contract,To clean the evaporator. We refused to pay due to the contract. 3. He never entered the house to service the interior unit nor measure air flow but as I mentioned he forged the signature saying he did. 4. When we notified the company they told us that was unacceptable and they would send that criminal back. I told them I didn’t want that criminal back at my home. They said they would instead send a supervisor. 5. They did not show up as scheduled causing a lost day of work. 6. We called and complained no call no text no show. It was again rescheduled for today 7/17/24. 7. Again no show no call. We called again and were told the technician was in the area and will be here when done with previous job. (Was supposed to be here between 12pm and 4pm) it’s now 6:51pm still no show. We asked dispatch if he was the promised supervisor and we were informed it was just a standard technician. Here is hoping it’s not the one that committed fraud!!! Seriously considering pressing charges on him.
The one thing I can say is that installation was complete the day after the original sales pitch. But now I have come to believe it was only to take the money faster and not deliver on other promises. Seriously think twice before letting them work in your house. Now 7:04pm told he is on the way. 3 hours past the window. Praying!
Ok credit where credit is due. Mike Tynan is the technician that showed up. He was kind, personable and thorough. Him I would give 5 stars. Now if they can get the dispatch and other employees to follow his work ethic I would change my review of the company. Thank you Mike.

They shorted our entire HVAC / Boiler system and just left

A technician came to do an annual check of the boiler system. A few hours
after he left, we didn't have any hot water and two hours after that,
there was smell of an electrical fire in the basement.

We called the company and they said they would send someone right away but nobody showed up until almost noon time the next day.

Same guy came back, took a look and after strongly denying he had anything to do with the damage (he kept on saying he only "looked"), he finally accepted that he had shorted something and showed us the motherboard (?) inside the boiler which was all black.

He went ahead and replaced the motherboard free of charge, but told us that EVEN THOUGHT THE WATER HEATER WAS PART OF THE THE SAME ELECTRICAL SYSTEM, IT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE BOILER!! He also told us that the water heater was not his area (he is boiler and not plumbing) and that we should call at by a plumber. Seriously????? It is the same electrical system and he admitted it is all interconnected but he had nothing to do with it???!!!

We asked him to call a plumber from his company but he just refused to, said he had done his part part and left!!!! My husband and I called the company about 10 times and they kept on transferring us to the wrong department. One hour later, someone finally agreed to send a plumber to take a look. The plumber guys show up and tells us the issue is NOT plumbing as that is a combined HVAC system and that an HVAC guy should come and take a look. SERIOUSLY

Meanwhile, we have not had hot water for a day and a half. I have two young kids and also my parents who are 70 years old +.

Please trust this review. After seeing so many one stars, it is baffling to me how this company is even still in business. We have also reported this to the BBB today.
