Extremely Delayed Order and Refusal to Refund

Title: Extremely Delayed Order and Refusal to Refund

I placed and fully paid for a silver order on 27 January 2026. Weeks passed without delivery, tracking information, or a confirmed dispatch date.

Despite repeated follow-ups, I was only told that the metal had been “allocated” and was “available for dispatch.” However, no tracking number or confirmed shipment was ever provided. At one point, I was advised the order would be delivered on a Monday, but that date passed without any dispatch confirmation.

When I requested a refund due to the prolonged delay, the company refused and stated their position remained unchanged. Instead, they offered “liquidation at market buy-back price,” which would result in financial loss due to price fluctuations. The matter was then referred to their legal representatives after I escalated through consumer protection channels.

The issue is not market price movement — it is the failure to supply goods within a reasonable timeframe and the refusal to provide clear dispatch information.

Communication became increasingly formal and defensive rather than solution-focused.

I would strongly advise future buyers to carefully consider the risks of delayed dispatch and refund limitations before purchasing.
