So its review time. So I came across golf direct in a search for a brand that isnt available by me. As being I'm from the other side of the pond from Long Island New York. I then found what I was looking for and went to purchase only to find out that they dont deliver to me over here. Ticked off that i could make the purchase online i went to reach out to the company. This is when I got into contact with a man named James. Neither was he very understanding, he was able to work things out so that I can get the delivery I what I wanted to purchase. So excited about it a few days later I got in touch with him and made a second purchase. It took some time to receive my orders but just to show you how great this company and James are. He consistently reached out to me to see if I recieved my orders in which the other day I did. Shipping is a bit steep but then again considering its coming from the U.K. to the U.S. I understand that. The deliveries were very well put together and had a couple of scuffs on the clubs but being the process to get here i dont have much worries about that. As a whole i couldn't be happier with my purchase and love my new equipment. Big thank you to James for making this purchase even possible and for keeping in touch to ensure that my order was delivered and satisfactory. This is a real people's champion of anything golf to purchase and will totally be doing business with golf direct and James again. Wish you guys were here in the states and the fact that I'm purchasing from over here in the U.S. should be testimony to this great golf company. Million thanks again to golf direct and especially to James for making the purchase even happen let alone to professional courtesy he has shown to make sure satisfaction was met. Fantastic customer service. Bought a pair of Nike shoes that I love but unfortunately started to leak just under a year after buying. They had a 12 month waterproof guarantee though. James & the team were so helpful in liaising with Nike about it & provided a new pair within a week. Great stuff guys. Keep up the good work.
