Ordered and paid for a golf bag,they sent the wrong one,told to return for refund,that was in March.
They never answer phone calls or emails
Eventually manage to secure a chargeback from credit card company in August.
******DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY******
Check all customer feedback websites Golfdepot's reputation and attitude on every one is shocking

Think everyone needs to understand how he got the name of “Scarface” just use your heads and think of how many people he has pissed off in the past, avoid the so called good prices experience, read the reviews and go elsewhere, it’s not rocket science.

I would not recommend this store to my worst enemy. The owner is one horrible evil man who has no care or thought for his customers.
I was in there looking to buy a driver some time ago and my daughter who plays golf too was using a putter normally just like any person would. Scarface just walked over and grabbed it off her in a very aggressive way, well as you can imagine I blew my lid with him. I have never ever set foot in that place since and would advise everyone to avoid the place too. Go to your local American golf store they will price match.

beware of using this company for purchases - my bank have just put a security hold on my credit card saying that there has been an attempt to fraudulently use it - it is a brand new card and the only company I gave this card's details to for a purchase was Golf Depot last month. Something suspicious going on here

Order placed and confirmed April 20. No delivery or email replies

Ordered the m6 driver in sales for 250. They rang me next day saying they haven’t got any. But offered me the brand new sim max driver. I snatched their hands off!

3rd time been back to this place as said was open on website NOT waste of time 80mile round trip, I have £250 vouchers to spend in this place looks as i have lost the money to these muppets

I tried ordering what seemed like an absolute bargain from these clowns during lockdown. My order was accepted and I received a confirmation email straight away. But, when I went back on a couple of days later to check, the order had been cancelled without any explanation.
Thinking there may have been an issue with the card I used, I tried to order again on a different card. Same thing happened, order accepted, confirmation email received, went back on and the order was cancelled again. I tried to call them, but no answer. Customer service was zero. I gave it up as a bad job.
To top it all off, a month later, both of the separate cards I had used where used fraudulently without my knowledge, and then blocked. I think the 'bargains' may have just been a way to collect card details. Avoid, like the plague.

I travelled 70 miles today to go to the Golf Depot. It said on the website that they were open and when I arrived there was a sign on the door saying online only! Absolute disgrace!! They need to say online that they are closed. Not happy at all.

Jokers! Purchased a bag during lockdown which I did receive (sounds like I did well) but it has broken after 6 rounds. I have been trying to contact and even copied in the manufacturer who have said they cannot get hold of the company. I think that Golf Depot could be in problems due to COVID-19 and may not re-open. Best of luck to anyone trying to get goods or money back.......

Do not use this company for anything . No communication, went to store could clearly see someone inside but they refused to come to door . Refused to answer phone too .

Just been there this morning , the website said they were open .when I arrived there was a sign saying online only . When the owner came to the door he just shrugged his shoulders and we are closed turned on his heels and walked away . I've spent a fortune there in the last twenty years and he can now shove his shop up his back hole . No more had earned for you scarface .

Bought a lot of stuff from the shop but not online so can't comment on that. Clothing, shoes, ball and accessories are all pretty much at a cheaper price than elsewhere. The shop is closed atm and the web site is 'undergoing maintenance' so maybe the lockdown finished them off!

Went to the “grand re-opening” on 4th July. Store locked with signs saying online only. Suspect they have gone into receivership.

Placed an order on May 16th and paid extra for 48 hour delivery, they took my payment and I've received nothing since and today is 22 July. They don't answer the phone or emails, they are a CON.
I'm looking forward to their opening day of July 4th so I can walk into the shop and help myself to what I've paid for and see how they like it.
This company is a disgrace to the industry.

Total rip off. Placed order April 16th, money taken April 20th. Still waiting for goods to arrive June 7th 2020.. Don't bother with this shitei company.

AVOID !! Prices may look good, but the offer of free delivery doesn’t actually exist. Returned some items for refund. No refund, no confirmation. They will not answer the phone or respond to emails, left about £15 out of pocket 😡😡

DO NOT USE this company paid for goods and only half arrives they don’t answer the phone or reply to emails so you are left out of pocket.
I should have looked their ratings before I placed an order with them.

Shocking. Removed 24 hour delivery 3 times from my basket, also said free delivery in the description of the item. Order the item with free delivery but when I got my email confirmation the £6.99 had again been added back on. Sent email and had no response. Didn’t even get the item within 24 hours as well. Poor and would never use again.

Stay away from this site, ordered some polo shirts, they delivered something that Eric Bristow would have worn in the 80's. Also golf shoes that are not what I paid for. No replies to any emails I have sent and they don't answer the phone. Absolute rip off con artists, safe your money and time and make your purchase from a reputable dealer, not trotters independent trading.
