Super customer service experience from Wilco at Golfdriver!
Ordered three custom tailored sets with two specifications, though living abroad he picked up the phone to talk me through the order and gave some valuable feedback and changes which I'm happy with I did. Followed up until the clubs arrived at my door and importantly for me managed the VAT (BTW) process internally after i had fwd'ed the required documentation. More orders to come !

Club arrived in time and was in perfect condition. Also it is a very good drive.

I purchased an standbag attachment for a clic gear 4 trolley but was unsure of it fitting as well as using my discount coupons for the purchase, so i called golf driver. I found ordering with golfdriver.nl a pleasant experience. This was my first order with golfdriver.nl. The Company indicates what is in stock, which is actually the case (i.e. no messages that the ordered item is not in stock, which is always a risk when trying a new webshop). The website also offers alternative payment options. The product was delivered to the parcel company on time, as indicated on the website - which is great. The downside with my order was the delivery company delivered the package a day after it should have been. However in my humble experience late deliveries are common for this delivery Company (DPD), hence i rate my experience a 4 instead of a 5.

I did not contact customer service regarding the late delivery since i concluded it went wrong at the delivery company following inspection of the track and trace status and i received my package in good order.

I will order again from Golfdriver.nl, as I found their prices competitive and the availability of the products actual, which is an important factor for me.
