What a waste of time this company is, sent emails, texts, and rang but all you get it a text saying who are you? Your contact form tells you everything about me and what I was looking for but yet you can’t be bothered to reply…… good luck…. Shambles of a company
Bought some golf gloves from this merchant and the leather on the palm split down the middle within 5 minutes of using it.
Sent an email and photo of it and received no response.
Telephoned and told to text details and promised a replacement. Still no response.
Sent another email and , you guessed it….. no response!
How does this company expect repeat business if they treat customers like this!
I suggest stay away from this company because when a problem arises, they will not care to address it. You have been warned!
I bought two gloves that were marked as 48 hour dispatch. Two weeks later the gloves still had not arrived. I had contacted the company through their own contact page after one week but this was completely ignored.
I then contacted him through Paypal, again no direct response, no explanation, no apology. Instead, I received a credit note as a refund - and not even for the full amount!!!! I then noticed that my order was marked as 'Complete'.
I have been left with no option but to raise a formal dispute through Paypal.
If this was the only company in the world that sold golf gloves...I'd use a sock!
Placed on order on Thursday, its now Monday and the order is still being processed.
I tried calling the number shown on the website but it just rings out to orange answer phone.
There isn't anyway of cancelling the order.

This problem has since been sorted.
They got in touch with me via email describing the problem at there end was that they were currently low on stock and sent me the gloves as soon as they could. And two days after the actual shipping date they arrived.
They should have however, said on the website that they were low in stock to at least warn me that there may be a delay in receiving the gloves.
