Have made about 3 trips with them to five different countries. Their organisation and capability to deal with uncertainties as well as response to customer requirements has been excellent

Got back from a SUPERB 5 day trip to Jakarta organised by Madhav. There was nothing that we could fault. Hotels were good, courses were great... everything was planned wonderfully and in detail. It is always a pleasure doing a trip with Madhav via Golftripz.

I have been doing golf trips through Golftripz for about 4 years now. I have used services of other companies too. But Golftripz, I found them to be very professional. The staff at Golftripz are very prompt. They understand the customer and are clear & confident with how they serve. I have not found them to be lethargic or casual in their approach towards me and my golf buddies accompanying me. They are definitely not immature and I love to interact with them knowing that they will treat me as if they themselves are a part of the group. Cheers to them. Keep it that way.

Our group of about 22 members went to Georgia, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan. Apart from playing at top golf courses, we also had sight seeing tours. All events were organised smoothly and to our satisfaction. At one place the guide was a bit rude, he was promptly replaced. Had a great experience.

Excellent organisation and it was a great trip

I have been coordinating golf and tours of my friends to various locations through Golftripz . We are mostly retired Military veterans.
I came to know about this company while playing golf in Prestige Golfshire, Bengaluru.
My group comprise about 20 golfers and 20 non golfers. Golftripz has been planning, coordinating and executing all my trips very efficiently and effectively. The salient aspects that I would like to highlight are (a) Interactive planning which carries on in the minutest details till it is accepted by us (2) Payment schedules in easy two Instalments with flexibility to pay by card or bank transfer. (3) Rates are very reasonable and affordable by us (4) receptions at the destinations, movements to hotels are well tied up (5) hotels are selected based on interactions with us and our choice. They offer choices to us to select (6) selection of golf courses and tour sites are again by interaction between Golftripz and us (7). Booking of time slots for tee off and movements to and from are well planned and executed (8) the tour operators abroad are very polite, helpful , cooperative and flexible. They help us in organising any event not originally planned.

Overall it’s an excellent golf and tour company.
Just to list a few , Golftripz have organised golf and tours for non golfers in an excellent and efficient manner to
Phuket, Kualalumpur, UAE, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Khazakstan. Now the planned tours in oct / Nov is for Morocco, all formalities completed.

I have written my experiences of last 4 years. The latest one was of Kazakhstan.

Their staff quoted and I paid for 4 nights stay in a 5* hotel in Bandung. It turned out to be a 4* hotel with substandard room of a 3* quality. The company has been very tardy in service recovery. I am still waiting for them to respond to our claims for misrepresentation and overcharging. It has been more than 2 weeks. Feeling cheated.

The Cut golf course was wonderful scenery.

Golftripz did an excellent job selecting the best golf courses for my group of seven golfers.

Hotel to golf course transfers were a breeze but I wished the golf bags had dedicated space rather than placed between seats.

I liked it very much

Golftripz did a wonderful job with our Phuket trip. Highly recommend them.

Had an enjoyable golf trip mid last week at Batam with a VVIP services from Golftrip, esp the local tour guide Ah Xiong and also care driver Johnny, good words not only from me but all our golf mates, will organize our 3rd trip soon with Golftrip on top of our above Batam trip and also a Bintan trip in August 2024 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

In spite of joining the group late my induction into it was smooth.
The arrangements at Istanbul and Belek were impeccable.
Not only did I have good golf and sightseeing but also a very comfortable stay.

Vishal had it thought through with an ever smiling driver and comfortable van the trip however rushed was worth the break!

We had a great trip, everything went as planned. The pickup and drop arrangements were on time and golf courses were amazingly beautiful.
