I am writing this review after my last purchase which hit A LOT of bumps, but not due to problems with GONG but with the shipping company who lost a surf board. Long story short, I went back and forth with a customer service representative for over a month. Always with kind and timely responses. In the end GONG sent another board while they tried to track down what happened to the original order. The customer service rep even wrote me once more a few days after I received the board to make sure I was happy with everything that I received. It is a personal touch that I almost NEVER experience from other companies. So that you GONG for hiring such caring people!

As far as quality of the products I find them very satisfactory especially at the price point. I have noticed some manufacturing flaws which had to be modified/adjusted, but these were quite minor and easy to do on my own. When I asked about one issue I got immediate assistance from a technical advisor with step-by-step instructions as to how to make the adjustments in order to fix the manufacturing flaw.

Do not have any hesitation to make purchases from this company. They are a model of how a company should be run.

It was shipped two days ago, I still haven't received the surfboard. But everything went well at the time of purchase. I'm waiting for the surfboard to arrive to see if it matches the description, as I bought a second-hand wingboard.

I have already bought several Gong products, namely helmets, leashes, a foil setup and my last purchase has been a wingfoil board. For this last purchase I even received technical advice and a recommendation from their team.

Based on my experience so far, for me Gong is a highly recommended place to buy.

The Gong customer service team are super helpful and quick to reply. I had an issue with a discount code working on the website, and an item that I ordered actually being out of stock. All of this was resolved by the Gong Team in minutes. Highly impressive!

I had the chance to buy from Gong, but I Made a mistake with a size
I immediately wrote to them, be cause I was scared the delivery might already have started. They answered back to me in less than two hours and replaced the wrong item before mailing it, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE: fast, reactive, kind and polite.

I bought a board bag and even though the shipping company had issues with tracking (possibly because the package had to arrive in Greece), they personally contacted them and I got my order without any delay.

The quality of the bag is super and I will definitely buy more from them again.

I changed my mind about the size of the wing I ordered. My original package was still intact, but the return period had passed by two weeks. Nevertheless, Gong accepted the return and reimbursed the full amount, allowing me to purchase a new wing in the correct size. Great service!!
