The Gong customer service team are super helpful and quick to reply. I had an issue with a discount code working on the website, and an item that I ordered actually being out of stock. All of this was resolved by the Gong Team in minutes. Highly impressive!

I bought a board bag and even though the shipping company had issues with tracking (possibly because the package had to arrive in Greece), they personally contacted them and I got my order without any delay.

The quality of the bag is super and I will definitely buy more from them again.

I changed my mind about the size of the wing I ordered. My original package was still intact, but the return period had passed by two weeks. Nevertheless, Gong accepted the return and reimbursed the full amount, allowing me to purchase a new wing in the correct size. Great service!!

The website is very intuitive and well furnished with plenty of detail on products.
I also had to contact the team after placing the order to delay shipping for personal reasons, they replied very promptly and helped me out

The customer support has been excellent. I received replies within a reasonable time, so I’m fully satisfied.

Since the release of their new V3 setups I feel like I can't go wrong with whatever foil products I've been buying. I actually sold my foil setup from one of the big American companies so I could switch to Gong and actually buy the foils I needed at a price that didn't cause a cardiac arrest.

Superior customer service! Had a mast break in the fuselage. Even though they said it was my mistake, they decided to replace everything. 1500EUR. Going above and beyond what you can expect! Awesome 👍

I am always impressed by the team! At Gong, you get great products at a fair price. But if something does break or doesn't arrive in good condition because it was mishandled during shipping, you are not left to deal with it alone. I always receive quick and friendly advice, whether I need tips before making a purchase or help dealing with unforeseen events.

The "Wing board" ordered by Gong arrived damaged due to an error by one of the delivery personnel. After contacting customer support and providing all the evidence of the incident via email and photographic documentation, Gong promptly replaced the board.

I use Gong wingfoiling boards and foil setups and I like the equipment. It is hard to beat their value per price.
There are cases when I need to wait a bit longer for my equipment to arrive, however, that is visible in the webshop and I know I will need to wait.
There were times when something went wrong during shipment (carrier lost my package) but, with a little bit more waiting, it was resolved to my satisfaction.

First I bought the kitesurfing equipment from Gong (because the price was very good compared to other brands) in 2018.
I was very satisfied with the delivery, the quality and the advice I needed (very fast responses). I have five of their boards. I only had one problem with the board (blisters formed on the top surface). They replaced the board with a new one without any problems. I have another board (the most famous brand, twice as expensive), but some blisters formed on the top surface on that one as well. I am very satisfied and happy to say that Gong produces good and affordable equipment.

The payment with credit cart is not easy, the rest very good.
The estrategia to product depending of the demand is interesting.
