A Very Disappointing Experience
I recently tried using their website and communicated with one of their agents named Shinya. Each time I found a car on their site and asked him about it, he returned with a higher price than what was publicly listed. This happened repeatedly, and it immediately made the buying process feel unclear.
On top of that, his tone in messages often felt mocking or dismissive.
Overall, the combination of inconsistent prices and unprofessional communication left me uncomfortable continuing with the service.
After this happened, I noticed another customer had posted a review describing a similar interaction with the same agent, which reinforced my decision to stop using the service. Seeing that encouraged me to share my own experience as well.
I ended up buying a car through a competitor website, where the experience was straightforward and smooth.
