Emma was clear about her role as a coach, and established the purpose of the session really well. She listened and reflected brilliantly and without judgement, and really helped me gain clarity on my thinking around my situation and next steps. I would definitely recommend working with Emma if you are on maternity leave/ returning to work.

Emma ran a brilliant return to work group workshop. It was really useful hearing about other people's experiences, both in the past returning to work after mat leave, and how they were preparing to return to work in the future. I got a lot out of the self reflection and breakout exercises. The key things that I took out of the workshop was how to have different priorities and set new boundaries which you wouldn't have done pre mat leave. Thanks Emma

I would highly recommend Emma for any new mum navigating the "juggle" of work and family life. Emma is very understanding, empathetic, attentive and used active listening well to understand my key struggles I was having and we formulated practical ways that I could implement to manage my time so that I was able to have some time for me in a very busy life. The sessions have had a positive impact on me, as I have been able to discuss with my partner some changes to how we run the household and childcare. We also had a conversation about my values which helped frame our sessions.

Emma is so insightful and really helped me understand my goals and what I want from my career. I came to her after struggling to work out how to balance my career and having a toddler. The sessions were really comfortable and a safe space to talk about my aspirations and confusions. Thank you Emma!

Coaching hadn’t been something I had thought of using as a tool, Emma guided me through its purpose and the potential gain and self-understanding I could get out of it. I have never had coaching before so was unsure as to what it would entail or how helpful it would be. Emma put me at ease straight away, listened to me and made me think about things I had never thought of before in terms of what I am looking for in a future role, what I’ve enjoyed about past roles etc. It has been really helpful to build my confidence and I really recommend it.
