Overall the program is very good
Overall the program is very good but the printed documentation needs to be proofread better. You introduce the practice of "Change Enablement" but when reading the printed material in several places outside of Chapter 2 of Module 10 it is referred to as "Change Control". Also at some points, you refer to module numbers as if the first 3 of the program did not exist. Module 10 is referred to as module 7. And lastly, the header for Module 9 is labeled as Module 10.

Easy way to learn The Open Group Archimate
I attended ArchiMate -practitioner course to deepen my knowledge and to prepare for The Open Group certification and it paid off. The course was easy to follow and very well structured overall. In addition to the course it was necessary to read definitions etc. from the ArchiMate specification.
Technically the course worked as expected but for one time I was not able to use online contents after logging in. The problem went a away under fifteen minutes and I also got some response from Good e-Learning after writing feedback although the response time seemed somewhat slow.
As a whole I am very satisfied with the course and I would definitively recommend it for everyone who wants learn about ArchiMate.

The course is well structured and the audio sequences are helpful.
Additional you get the TOGAF Standard 9.2 and lots of other documents offered by the Open Group as pdf-files.
Good e-Learning adds a working book with tasks on every module and topic.
The workbook which is named to be essential to successfully pass the exam contains wrong references to the standard material.
It costs a lot of time to find the right sections in the TOGAF 9.2 standard material to be able to fulfil the tasks in the workbook.
That is sometimes quite frustrating.

Expensive courses with time limited…
Expensive courses with time limited access. If someone pays $600+ for a recorded course, the least they should get is to keep the course.
The DOFD course was padded with at least 20% music intros and outros which was annoying due to how short the whole video was.
The only situation I would recommend them is that if you can't find your course as a VOD anywhere else.

The benefits you're offering are great but:
- Remove the time restriction. For example, I want to be able to access DOFD content while studying for DOL. This is not possible unless I buy both courses at the same time. Let me keep the content I paid for.
- Trim the videos. I know the title of the video I'm opening, there is no need for a musical intro/outro for each video. If the content is provided by DevOps institute then at least give me the option to skip the intros/outros for all videos. This level of padding , aside from having to endure the intros, make the course feels a bit scammy for a lack of a better word.

I agree that a lower-cost alternative would be a better priority for this case. However, I’m afraid we can’t offer a lower price considering the benefits included along with this course.
You are right, we offer 6-month course access on our DevOps Foundation course, but you can access the content an unlimited number of times during this period.
The students have sufficient time to prepare for the official exam. The course is closely aligned to the content and exam requirements defined by the accrediting organization, DevOps Institute. The course includes a free exam voucher and resit.
Our students show a DevOps exam pass rate of 100%. You can always contact us and request tutor support for the issues that you are having the most trouble with (for instance, language definitions, process, steps, guidelines, techniques, etc.).
Additionally, we try to include detailed course descriptions on our website. There is an available free trial course on the website for the students who need to check whether the course meets their requirements.

Well prepared for the DevOps Foundation certification
The course respects very well the standards from the DevOps Institute. The materials are nicely structured, pleasant to read and allow us to understand most of the DevOps practices. However I had to go on other websites to get the necessary details on some DevOps practices.
