I have Gooding fitted wardrobes…
I have Gooding fitted wardrobes installed as part of my new build specification and am having difficulty in getting any form of contact from them, even going via the housebuilder customer care team !
The soft close mechanism isn't functioning and whilst it's not that important in the grand scheme, it would have been courteous of them to contact me after having been asked on 2 occasions already. They're now being asked a third time by the builder !

We would not purchase Gooding Wardrobes…
We would not purchase Gooding Wardrobes again as their poor after sales service is disappointing I would hop that developers do not continue to use them either reflects badly on them
And it took them just one year to reply I need say little more about this worse than poor outfit

Poor materials and poor management
Poor materials and poor management
I bought a new build house and I was offered fitted wardrobes from Gooding Group. After a few weeks the edges were splitting, I think the material was wet at the time of installation. The installer came to check and ordered new parts to replace the damaged ones. today he came to install because the materials had "been delivered to site" but the material was not in here for the wardrobe fitter to do his job.
