Good Motors have an excellent rental system. The self-service process was very convenient and presented no problems at all. I wish they operated this service in Canada! Automated communication from Good Motors was frequent and helpful. The bike was in excellent condition (although the system does rely on the previous rider to have cleaned and fueled it properly). The required credit hold amount was quite large, but understandable considering the risk associated with renting out bikes. Expérience fantastique!

I absolutely loved it. From the bike to the customer service. Everything was perfect, the condition of the bike was amazing, and it rode very well.

Although there was an issue with the location of the bike, the service and assistance I received was incredible. The bike was fantastic and very fun to ride.

It was a life lasting experience that I recommend to everyone loving road trips, motorbike and adventure. The Honda Africa Twin was a great choice, the bike I got from GoodMotors was perfectly prepared for road trip with its support for smartphone, a very large top case. The dual clutch transmission (DCT) was very comfy in the small roads but the left foot was clearly disturbed from time to time.
Banning highways and big cities was a very good choice, the traffic there is such a mess at any hour. Moreover, riding alone makes you an easy target. You can be rapidly spotted and highjacked.
For this kind of short road trips, good motors agency offering with its fully digitalised process is really efficient at a competitive price even for bike owners if you consider the time and budget to taxi the bike to the road trip area.

The prices were affordable. But when I rented a AfricaTwin I was expecting a motorcycle with DCT feature.. but the motorcycle i got did not have DCT. But the ad said DCT . It would have been great if there was a mention about DCT or Non DCT. Otherwise i would have chosen a different motorcycle

I rented twice with this company. The bikes are in a very good condition, they provide helmets, gloves and top cases. Everything is done through your phone and it's very simple! I totally recommend

The bike I asked for was in perfect condition. The contact directions and rental were easy enough.
I would have preferred to have a human at the point of pick up, as the keys, Helmet and lock system was a little tiresome ... a human concierge would have made this easier. Nonetheless, I rate the whole experience as 4 star

The Moto rental was a great experience! To be able to pickup and drop off the motorcycle at any time you've chosen is a big benefit.

Great company- Super reliable, quick to respond, good communication, good prices and great service. I hired a scooter for a few weeks, pick up and drop off at Aix TGV. The scooter was well kept, drove well, and was a great price compared to competitors. Paul was super friendly and helpful - he was available throughout the whole rental period for anything I needed or any questions. He made sure everything worked with my schedule, and moved times around to accommodate for me. The entire experience went very smoothly, no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend

I had a week long rental, picking up and returning the motorcycle from/to Avignon TGV. Bike looked brand new and was perfect for what I needed. My instructions were not quite correct but the WhatsApp support was immediate and responsive and thus the pickup and delivery was ultimately easy. Allow at least an hour at each end for pickup/delivery. A really great way to try out different motorcycles and being able to pick up or deliver to your own schedule is fantastic. Would 100% use this company again.
