DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I paid $160 for suede boots. For the first time, I wore them the day after I received them while working at home and for two hours while running errands, all in the same day. When I got home, I noticed that my right heel was chipping away. Being only 101 pounds, I could not blame my weight. Horrible quality! I emailed the customer care email listed on their website twice and both emails were returned as undeliverable! The package was mailed to me from some individual with an address in Sausalitos, California. Scammers! I am now paying a shoe cobbler $55 to repair both heels because the heel sole is made of such cheap plastic.

Not only did nothing fit close to real sizing, but I spent $100 to return back to China, AND STILL 3 months later am waiting to be refunded after many back and forth emails. Not worth it!! Find their cheap dupes on Amazon!

Horrible quality. BE AWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They don’t give a refund like they claim on the website. They except you to pay for shipping which is crazy expensive to send from us to China.

If i could give less stars then 1 I would . This is the worst company to deal with . DO NOT BUY . They send you damaged items and then the customer service from Candice is horrible . They don’t care . Her emails are argumentative and they do nothing about it . Save your money and shop elsewhere where it’s safe .

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! The shoes I purchased had some sizing system that I’ve never seen, and bc of this, my shoes were the wrong size. Customer service got back to me quickly when I asked how to return the shoes (paid around 100 dollars for the shoes plus another 20 out of my pocket for the return). I waited and had not heard back but confirmed the shoes reached their destination. Since that time I have sent at least 10 emails asking about credit towards my account, bc they do not return the money to your original payment. You can only get store credit. NOT ONE EMAIL I SENT WAS RESPONDED TO! I even sent to the same person who originally told me how to do the return. Then have tried various other routes. No answer. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

Goodnight Macaroon ARE SCAMMERS. I placed an order in April 2023, when it arrived the quality was TERRIBLE and it was missing some items from my order. I started a refund in May and followed all of their instructions, including paying for the shipping and sent them a copy of the receipt with tracking number. They replied saying they’d process the return and it would take 3-7 business days for the refund. I’ve never received a refund and they have ignored all emails since. They took back the merchandise, after not shipping the full order to begin with, and NEVER processed the refund. They stole $250.60 from me plus the $17.38 I spent to ship it back to them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I would give this company zero stars if I could! I fell for an item that an influencer posted and did not realize that it was coming DIRECTLY from China. Not only did it take forever but once it arrived it looked NOTHING like the photo. Returns are on the customer which I find completely ridiculous since I ALREADY paid almost $10 in the first place to get the item. They agreed to refund my order in FULL (including initial shipping charge) if I sent back at my own cost. Sent back and spent $17. They refunded my order GREAT but DID NOT refund my shipping charge like they promised. I emailed them MULTIPLE times to ask them to please refund my shipping as they promised. No response. Totally ghosted me. Insanely unprofessional. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GARBAGE COMPANY

I read the previous review and although my order took a bit longer than I anticipated, (and I live in France which can be tricky with online orders) I found that customer service was very responsive and helpful. I am very pleased with the quality of the shoes and based on this first experience, I would recommend. Perhaps if cancelling an order it would be better to receive them and go through the return process which is probably more streamlined with procedures...

Tried to make a return, but the company did not provide a return form (which is required per their return policy in order to receive a refund). When I emailed asking for one, they ignored my request. I submitted a complaint with my financial institution, and only then did this company's customer service reach out to me. However, they still did not provide me with the return form, they only reached out in order to accuse me of theft. This has now been going on for over a month. They continue to refuse to provide me with a form, and continue to threaten legal action just because I refuse to cancel my bank's charge back due to this problem. DO NOT under any circumstances get involved with this company.

Horrible customer service.Got only one of 3 items and instead of just re-shipping —they refused to help. They suck all together too because the item I DID get looked so fake and phony. Such a rip off company. With horrible support. I won’t be sending anything back because they don’t offer return shipping. And they only give store credit.

Overall - I've had a good experience.

I've found the clothes to be good quality. Better than SHEIN, more like ASOS quality. I have ordered the OTK boots that went viral, a skirt and two jumpers. I love them all. They're my new favourite items. Everything always arrives within a week.

The only issues I've had have been sizing related. I ordered some boots in my true size, a UK size 4, only to find them to be too small. The website instructions was that they were true to size, then they are not. I then had to pay to return them myself and get a pair one size up.

I also ordered a skirt in an S that was more like an M when it arrived. Rather than pay to send it back, I had a friend take it in and in now fits like a glove.

If ordering, make sure it will fit as it is the returns process that causes the most friction. You can email customer service to ask about the fit etc - I have always had a response. GM should look at how they can make returns easier for customers, as we are ordering from the other side of the world. SHEIN make returns very easy. Shoppers always want to return clothes, so they need to factor this into their business model if they want to succeed and be around for a while.

Stay away from this company! Cheap quality! bad customer service, what you see is not what you get! don't waste your money ! they won't pay for shipping either!

Well you see the reviews and the reason it’s so disappointing is because they drop ship from HK. All items on website are available on AliExpress for a fraction. I’ve ordered many stuff for 8€ instead of 80€ same item but much cheaper. And some great quality though. I saw this brand on a influencer page via insta. I think they also should do more research.

This company is so scammy. Today I received my package and the sweater I got looks NOTHING like the picture. It was supposed to be a pink wool hip length top and The one I got is cheap itchy fabric that smells moldy. It is also wide and cropped. The return address is in Hong Kong and shipping alone does not make it worth it to send back. Do not recommend!!!

I ordered a pair of sandals. It tooks weeks before I recieved them, the website said it would take a few days. After i recieved my package I saw that the sandals were way too small and not like description. I contacted Goodnight Macaroon so many times buy don’t response.I sent it back the return cost weer €30! Unbelievable. service is horrible. they don't respond but I did receive an email that they give a voucher and no money back, even though this is nowhere on the website. Returns have to be sent to China so shipping is expensive. I will never order anything at this webshop - I am very frustrating! They also charged more shipping costs than what was on the website. They are scammers don’t order here! I wish I had read these reviews sooner. I thought it was a webshop in the UK, but it was a webshop in Hong Kong.

So glad I took these reviews with a grain of salt (albeit a bit nervously). These came recommended by two influencers I follow, and since I had been searching for a pair of "french girl style" over-the-knee boots for a long time, I ordered a pair in black. And while they did take a while to arrive (about two weeks - and yes, they are shipped from China, which *isn't a big deal* to me because honestly, 90% of our clothing is manufactured there), they are a great product of medium-to high quality faux suede, but most of all, they *actually fit me*. Perfectly. For some perspective, I had also bought another pair of over-the-knee boots from JC Penney for half the price, but they fit me terribly and felt grossly cheap compared to Goodnight Macroon. Baggy in all the wrong places. Yuck. Needless to say, I am very happy I found this brand and took the chance. I'm not sure what happened with other reviewers' orders, maybe I just got lucky, or maybe they just experienced the occasional order mixup/wrong order/lost package. Anyway, I recommend Goodnight Macaroon. Cheers.

Scammers from Hong Kong...I ordered a sweater it was falling apart at the seams... loose threads everywhere... they price everything so you can’t return it without getting charged $20 for doing so.. I should’ve done my homework and realize they were out of Hong Kong... I know from ordering from other companies based out of China or Hong Kong that you’re going to get screwed in the end!

I order a purse; received a confirmation and a shipping number. When my merchandise never arrived after it was promised I had to email and received an answer a week later saying it was out of stock. How can it be out of stock if you already sent it to me? Emailed them again about my refund. Still haven’t gotten it. They are unethical and dishonest in their business practices. I would not order anything from this company.

Don't trust the nice pictures on the website and the pictures on instagram--it's all fake. The product is nothing as advertised. It's inferior quality, cut, and the sizing is incorrect. Cheap stuff from China. They denied me a refund and were surprisingly nasty about it when I told them the product was not as advertised. They told me that they "might consider store credit". So basically, I would return these items, they would keep my money, and I would maybe get store credit and get to buy something again! Ridiculous. I went to my credit card company and fought the charge. I sent them everything, and Goodnight Macaroon disputed it and tried to keep my money but they lost. Their clothes were donated and I unfollowed the influencers that peddle their inferior product. I hope COVID puts them out of business because they are just terrible.
