They don’t care about the customer and do not seem to have proper Australian services
We have been trying to get hold of them for over a month. If you email you get a silly ticket that no-one responds to. If you eventually find a number to call you get the run around and directed to suppliers that don’t even know GoodWe. They are shocking and we are stuck with a system which we can’t seem to get any help on.
