What ever you do, do not buy a Google Pixel 10 Pro

What ever you do, do not waste your money on a Google Pixel 10 Pro. It's a $1,000 piece of shit!!! The first only last for 3 days before it just completely stopped working. Now 3 months into disappointing performance, the phone freezes up, lagging issues and the finger print scan has stopped working properly as well. There are issues with the search results showing on the screen in a way that you can't even read it all. So in conclusion, A $1,000 PIECE OF SHIT!!!!!!!!!

Google 10 (Do not buy, they have a overheating problem)

Please read, as this is important if you are going to buy a Google Pixel phone. I bought a Google Pixel phone some years ago, it was the 7a, never had any problems with it, only about 2 years later the colour started to shade a bit, and the phone started to get a bit hot, but I sold it, and that was that. I decided to buy and treat myself to a Google 10(what ever you so DON't) This is the worst phone that I have ever bought in my life..Title: Dangerous device, appalling customer service...do NOT buy!

I purchased a Google Pixel 10 from Argos on the 31st January 2026, and within just 47 days, the phone started overheating dangerously during normal use. This isn’t minor; it’s a genuine safety risk. I contacted Google, explained the situation, and clearly described the stress and physical impact this caused.

Instead of acknowledging the risk or offering a proper solution, Google refused to provide a refund and insisted the only option is a replacement. This would leave me without a phone for 5–10 business days, which is unreasonable, unsafe, and completely dismissive of the problem. They showed absolutely NO respect for me what so ever.

I no longer have confidence in this model and actually despise the phone now and do NOT want a replacement. The way Google has handled this, ignoring safety concerns, refusing to acknowledge customer distress, and passing responsibility to the retailer, is disgusting.

If you value your safety, time, and money, think twice before buying from Google. Their customer service is appalling, scripted, dismissive, and frankly awful...

Google not fixing known problem

Bought a pixel 9 pro April 25. Fast forward to March 26, the phone has long green lines up the screen and I can no longer use touch functionality. It has normal wear and tear but due to the tiniest dent on the side of the device, the Google third party repair centre denied it's warranty.

It's been in a Google case and Google glass protector since I bought it (costing an extra £80)

This is a known error from Google pixel phones from 8 onwards and it looks like they're trying to get out of repairing them.

Was quoted £923 to repair it. Absolutely joke.

The repair centre said they would have repaired it, but the motherboard also had an issue. So they're saying it was under warranty until they thought it would cost too much to repair and found a tiny dent on the side of the phone to avoid having to pay for the repair.

Totally shocked and appealed from their decision.

Google is the last piece of crap

Google is the last piece of crap, do not use their own services / my Business!

That Google (my Business) is the last piece of crap is undisputed.

People, think about it - Google, the pile of crap, does not use its own services! ...

Google does not use the Google Business / my Business option.

Why -> Users could give Google feedback - and Google would have to respond - according to the terms!

Frustrating that Google relies so much on AI but when you get a person, its a canned message

They suspend profiles without clear justification. After submitting all this documentation to support the existence of the business they deny the appeal, saying it violated policies. I'm happy to delete or edit an ad about window cleaning that supposedly violated policies if I knew what exactly Google takes issue with. But is it any issue with violating policies or that they question whether a business exists? I wouldn't be so ticked if they had not already done this 3 times for a simple service business window cleaning!!!:

My developer account got blocked for…

My developer account got blocked for the second time now. I cannot manage my Play-store entries with an account i paid for anymore.

I elaborate:
I used 2 profiles, one private and one professional. so i started developing with the private, but now wanted to shift to the professional and used it for publishing my apps to playstore. i had the free cloud subscription for private running. so that one almost was over, then i activated free subscription for professional. I believe that is what triggered google. They don't leave a way to anwer or hand a complain via email, and as i said never mentioned details.

Previously i got unblocked with no further information. Now i am waiting for probably the same solution and then remove the private account.

So i apologize, but please unblock or get in touch google-support to resolve this issue for good.
blocked developer profile: "Trainvent"

Edit: 24h later i managed to unblock under signin recovery webpage. so maybe a weird bug sneaked in.

Endless verification loop

**Google’s verification system is trapping legitimate users in endless login loops.**

I recently upgraded to a new phone and, as expected, everything was logged out including Gmail and YouTube. When I tried to sign back in, Google sent a verification code to my phone number. I received the code and entered it successfully.

But instead of letting me into my account, Google then tried to send another verification code to my YouTube app. At the time I was logged out of YouTube, so there was no way for me to receive that code. This created a circular loop where Google required verification through an app I couldn’t even access.

After asking Google’s own AI assistant for help, I generated backup codes through my Google account on my laptop and used one to log into YouTube. That finally worked.

However, the system still isn’t functioning properly. I am now logged into YouTube, but the verification codes Google claims it is sending there never arrive.

When I try to add my Gmail account to the iPhone Mail app, Google again insists on sending a verification code to YouTube instead of my phone number. The codes never show up, even though my Google account on my laptop recognizes my phone as a trusted device.

What’s even more frustrating is that I already completed two-step verification with my phone number. If Google can successfully send and verify a code to my phone, why is that not sufficient? Why is the system forcing a second verification through an app that may not even be accessible?

To make matters worse, I even turned **off two-step verification entirely**, and Google still required verification codes through YouTube that never arrive.

There’s also no option to use backup codes during this process. When I select “Try another way,” Google just tells me to approve the login on a phone or tablet, which again routes the request through YouTube and leads back into the same loop.

As a result, I can currently only access my Gmail from my laptop, which is extremely inconvenient.

Security is important, but Google’s system has become overly complicated and invasive. When legitimate users can verify their phone number, generate backup codes, turn off two-step verification, and still get locked in circular authentication loops, the design is clearly broken.

Omeara Villa Queenstown

Omeara Villa Queenstown. We booked for five days two bedrooms,2 couples one couple arriving from Europe during ME crises. Unable to meet dates booked due to the crises requested a credit as we will travel on their arrival. Denied as non-refundable which we were aware of, but were looking for a little empathy as we advised 8 days before our arrival, got no hearing at all kept repeating nonrefundable which is not what we wanted as we were going to travel anyway. I was expecting a little thought as due the cancelation of flights from overseas got nothing even though they have had payment. Very disappointed with this company, taking money for nothing, when a credit would have done it.
