I found this company while searching for a powerful multimedia projector. I had already decided on one particular brand and model but then I saw the special offer on the GoProjectors site and phoned their sales people to verify the product and the price. It seemed too good to be true but in this case it was true. I had seen this product on other sites at over 3 times the price. I also asked for help in verifying that my existing mounting bracket would take the extra weight and they contacted the bracket manufacturer for me and confirmed that it would. They also ordered the bracket for me and had it sent to me direct. I received the projector within 2 days and the bracket within 3. It is now Installed and works brilliantly. I am 100% satisfied with GoProjectors and with the Canon LV7585 projector.

The company (go projectors rang before delivery to make me aware of issues with the Product I had ordered, on their advice I changed the order to a more expensive model at no extra charge. I recieved the new order promptly, a Viewsonic pro 8200. Unfortunately the projector was DOA, no lamp output. I rang go projectors and they put me in touch with the manufacturer and they are replacing the projector as a direct exchange.
I am awaiting details.
In summary I was pleased with the customer service from go projectors but dissappointed with the outcome, maybe I was just unlucky!!. I await the new projector. Time will tell.

I was looking to replace an existing projector and ended up at Go Projectors. With too many to choose from, I phoned them up for some techy guidance. I ended up talking to the manager who gave me some extremely useful advice and helped me select the appropriate model for my needs. I was in no rush to have it delivered but it actually arrived within 24hrs of the order being placed.
I would happily select them again for any futher purchases.

All the equipment I ordered arrived the next day and I received an email to check that I was satisfied. First class.

I phoned the company up because I needed a replacement lamp within 48hrs.
They confirmed that there was one in stock, and next day delivery was possible. Even though I chose the wrong option at the checkout - they still made sure it was with me the nest morning. Doesn't get any better than that!

Kirit helped me make a good choice of projector in the Viewsonic Pro8200 projector and the team helped out with delivery difficulties and getting me a replacement remote as the one in the box did not work.

Not yet used in earnest, the projector seems to be exactly what I was looking for. It linked effortlessly with my laptop, and it produces bright, sharp images. I was very grateful for the advice Go Projectors offered - steering me towards an instrument ideally suited to my needs as a music lecturer.

We ordered 2 projector ceiling mounts and a manual projector screen. The guy I dealt with was always extremely polite and helpful. When it came to the screen, he offered informed advice on which would be best suited to the environment in which we were installing. We ordered late in the afternoon and are pleased to report all items arrived safely and well packaged exactly when we were told they would be.
Would definitely recommend and would definitely use again.

Very pleased with the service which Go Projectors gave. They gave us good technical advice and outlined the "Pros & Cons" of various products. We were looking at two models of a ViewSonic projector, one being more expensive than the other. What was refreshing was that they did not try to sell us the more expensive model, they recommended the less expensive which we purchased. Go Projectors phoned before they dispatched the item to check that someone would be available to take delivery and worked the delivery date around our availability. The projector has been delivered and we are very pleased with it - so much better than the old projector we were using.

I read the reviews about the company in the first instance and then felt confident to give them a ring for a chat. Best move ever! They aren`t about selling you the most expensive model, but selling you the one that best meets your needs. Totally professional service, and for someone like me who hadn`t got a clue they could have done a real rip off job, but instead they recognised that I needed advice and help and there it was. Not the sort of item Iwill purchase regularly, but would certainly put their name forward to anyone looking to buy a projector. If only all online shopping experiences were as good as this .....................

when asked what would happen when the lamps expired the assistant didnt seem to know,would it just fade or pop when it got to the 3000 hour mark or would it carry on for longer than the alloted time the man said it would stop before 3000 as we are now at 3040 im still waiting for it to go as i have now got a new lamp.also i paid over nine pound for next day delivery and was told i wouldnt get it until tuesday i ordered it on friday it may be my mistake not knowing what the cut off time was for next day but surely i should have been told before i paid for it,,,

Was supposed to take a long delivery time, they hurried it along turned up faster than expected, 2 days!!!!
