Smooth transaction and quick delivery

Ordered a wireway for $350.00. Freight at checkout was indicated to be $95.00. 6' long item so I understand. Received a follow-up email a couple days later indicating that the total freight would actually be $390.00. Complete waste of my time. Prices are apparently too good to be true. Will not consider buying from they again.

Very slow to ship/receive. But at least you did follow up.

Website indicated a part was in stock ready to ship yesterday morning. Placed the order early in the afternoon. Now, more than 24 hours later, we get an email saying there is a 2-3 week lead time in order for them to make the part?! ** I will add this- at least we didn't have to ask even once for the refund!**

Hard to find light bulbs were perfect as was the price.

They don't stock many of the items they sell, even though it says they are in stock. They advertise shipping within 5 to 7 days, that's a joke. I ordered a timer on 4/20/25 and still haven't received it. The label was just printed on 5/6/25. They couldn't care less if you're not happy. Don't waste your time or money here.

x Still Waiting

Heavy lightning in my area. Trying to plan well ahead for it, but this company is sluggish and incompetent and now I have to live with more risk of lightning strike to my home because of it.

First: their website is hilariously outdated. Like early 2000s. It is a pain to use.

Second: their posts are misleading. I purchased an air terminal base and rod from Harger. Their description on their website implies that I would receive a box of five terminal bases and ten copper air terminals. I have only received one air terminal.

Third: I did not receive my air terminal bases. I need to reach out and work with them now to send another one because they aren't competent to ship two items together.

Fourth: Time to ship and delivery is hilariously slow. Like again early 2000s. In an era where Amazon can deliver items to you in hours, in an era where every big box store can deliver to you within two to five business days, this company can't even meet that bar. I ordered on April 15th, was given no notice other than the invoice. Then out of the blue today I get an email requesting if I've received my package? Uhh, I didn't even get a notice it was shipped. Called them, got the tracking number, turns out it is arriving today. Hooray.

Until I got home and found only one of my items. But if you missed that, it was ordered on the 15th (let's say 16th because it was in the afternoon of the 15th) so it took them more than a week (six business days!!) just to process my order and get it shipped on April 24th. Then another four days for shipping.

I will do everything in my power to never use this company again. I will go directly to suppliers just avoid using this company. Avoid at all costs.

Excellent selection of products, just wish some items showing "in stock" on the site would be a bit more accurate on the lead time. I've placed orders expecting them to ship within days only to find out that it will be weeks

Ordered a baseboard heater with a shipping price of $40. Was contacted hours later by a customer service rep who was unapologetic in informing me that the $200 baseboard heater I paid $40 to ship would cost an additional $500+ to ship. Why have calculated shipping on the site if it's going to be 10x the amount quoted to actually ship and then pass that on like it's no big deal. Do not recommend.

Ordering was easy and what I wanted was in stock. The shipment arrived and it was exactly what I wanted.

Even with shipping charge it was the best price.

Had the correct part i needed 1st try. No need to order multiples.

Other then the website glitching making the ordering process very time consuming and annoying, everything else was great. Shipping time was great and they are exactly what we needed. Customer service was great as well. Responded in a very timely manner.

Gordon was one of the few places to have the specific light switches I wanted, so I ordered from them. But they took a long time to arrive. I ordered on October 8, 2024 and they didn't arrive until Dec 2, 2024.
I found the delay - and lack of notifications regarding it - disappointing. However, I'm not sure I could have found those switches anywhere else.

I have used this company multiple times in the past and continue to be impressed with the quality of the products as well as the selection.
