Friendly, trying hard.

GoResponse has a team that tries hard. They could work on the on-boarding process to make it a bit faster and not rely so much on the client. Also a couple of test-calls to the answering service showed up some weaknesses, but they were quickly remedied. Very friendly and helpful account-management staff.

Go Response provide professional support and attention to detail

Planet Cruise needed support for their customer service department as an ongoing process to manage periods of high volume requests. The overflow calls are diverted to Go Response who speak directly with the customer and capture details which are fed back as an e-mail message immediately to customer services for a follow up call as soon as an operative is available. Call waiting times have been considerably reduced and customer requests managed in a friendly and efficient manner.

What we wanted, with an added personal touch!

We searched for a provider and selected GoResponse based on their high quality website, features, information and personal contact upon telephoning. We were kept informed through the whole process; everyone we have dealt with has been incredibly professional, yet personable and friendly. We are confident that our business is in safe hands. We would not hesitate to recommend.

Very efficient, very effective

We have started using Go Response for our customer call handling during a pilot launch - the choice was based on a glowing recommendation from someone already elsewhere in the call handling business, and we have not been disappointed.

Excellent professional service!

We've been using GoResponse for 3 months now with no issues.
They provide an excellent, professional, scaleable and efficient service at an affordable price.
We wouldn't trust anyone else with the front end to our business!

Part of MY team which really works

I discovered GoResponse by searching on Google and since finding them, and speaking with them, I've not needed to go anywhere else for the solution which they have offered me.

I have a dedicated team with them and they work as part of my Support team. I have found them dedicated, responsive and eager to learn more of what our business does.

On the whole, I would recommend GoResponse - a responsive company who are very approachable and good value for money.

Solid service.

I have used GoResponse for a few years now. They provide a solid and reliable service - which is what we want from a contact centre. On the downside they once changed their processes and technology which was costly for us.

Efficient and helpful!

Quick setup and very friendly staff

After calling for information on the services they provide I found them to be a very friendly and informative team. The prices are very competitive and the set up was quick and painless.

Helps to free up my time to deal with running my business

Appointing Goresponse to deal with our call handling was the best move I made. Starting a business isn't easy, and the thing that used to frustrate me the most was missing calls. We now capture 100% of calls at all hours of the day which I can turn into leads, and hopefully jobs.
We get a lot of feedback from our customers who comment on the friendliness and professionalism of the people at "our office" which is of course, the call handlers at Goresponse. I get a phone call once a month to check up on the service and to ask whether we would like any changes to the script.
I would definitely recommend their services and I hope that our main competitors don't catch on to this strategy of call handling.

We have been happy customers of Go Response since 2005 and can reccomended them without reservation.

W have used a number of call handling centres over the years and have found none better than Go Response. All of their staff we have dealt with have been polite, efficient, and aware of the importance of good service both to ourselves and our clients who call in.

Very useful, helpful and a great back-up service

Found the GoResponse service a good and reliable back-up for our out of office calls. Always very helpful and good at keeping in contact, we have found the service very useful. We have a good client manager and no complaints.

The best part or our CRM you could want

They work in the background and cover all our inbound calls so we never miss a call even if we do miss a call! Transcribed messages are then sent as a text to us almost immediately so we can respond with appropriate action and speed even when we are out of the office. A lifesaver in many ways and reassuring back up when we are very busy.

Makes work easier!

Having GoResponse makes it easier to ensure work phone calls are answered even if we are busy. This service also allows us to screen calls and only call back the ones that we want to.
