0 stars - scam website! The first clue was the low prices offset by the high shipping cost. This is something sellers do to prevent paying higher taxes while pocketing the extra shipping fee. I see this often in international sellers, so I tried this anyway. My order never arrived. I placed an order in March 2020, and I contacted them after 3 weeks of no shipping notice. They blamed covid-19 for the slower time and asked me to wait a little longer. I waited because I have had good experiences with international Etsy sellers that did have unusually long shipping and processing times during that season. After a couple of more weeks of no notice, I contacted them again. Their response was that my order was over 30 days old, which was past their return window and they were not responsible for a refund. They then ceased all communication with me.

I ordered a year ago! They cancelled the email address and have no way to contact them now or get my refund! SCAMMERS!

I ordered from them may 2020 and here we are in feb of 2021 and I have still yet to recieve my order. I have contacted them several times and they keep assuring me that my order has been shipped. They refuse to give me a refund. And cannot provide me with tracking info. They just say they sometimes it doesnt update until it's been delivered. The absolute WORSE company to deal with.

This is the worse company. Been waiting for my order over 5 months. They don't wanna give back my money or my delivery. WORSE COMPANY EVER THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!

Please do not use this company. I have been waiting 5+ months for an order and they refused to cancel my order or refund because I didn’t cancel my order with in the first 15 minutes of my ordering. A delay due to the pandemic is understandable but to not assist the customer for this delay is ridiculous.
Don’t buy from them!

I have got the go around for 7 months on where my package is, rude customer service everytime I email who don't care that they took money from hardworking people. Refuse refund, tracking info is garbage. Keep your moneyn

This is the worst online purchase experience I have ever had. I was already skeptical about ordering from a not well known site but how could I pass up the price? I normally read reviews beforehand but I didn't. I ordered a waist trainer back in May and unlike some of the other reviews the tracking number I had was correct even though it was slow as hell. I just received my order yesterday..after almost 5 months of waiting..and its too small! Their refund policy is straight bs and I hope every single person who had a hand in making this piece of crap goes straight to hell. And I will be writing as many bad reviews about this place as I can .

How can WE as customers take this company down? I ordered a belt May 4 it’s now September 8 and have not received anything!
Asked for a refund, was told you have to ask within 15 minutes of ordering told them ITS BEEN 5 months! Still nothing. Totally unprofessional and by far the worst company I have came across

This company is not trust worthy place an order in May and we are in August I still haven’t receive my order. Contacted customer service multiple time first they said it was to due to COVID and to give them 6-8 weeks. As of today August 4,2020 still nothing. They refused to refund me or resend my order worst customer service ever

Worst experience I've ever had in my life. I ordered a 15$ item that was said to take 2 weeks to arrive. It actually took about 3 months to get here. The tracking also didn't provide a delivery date or much information at all on the location of the package. Then when it finally arrived the package had the wrong name on it so I didn't actually realize it was mine. I returned it to the post office because I didn't want to just illegally open somebody else's mail. The company then refused to refund me or send another one because the tracking showed delivered, even though it was under somebody else's name and I didn't know it was my package for that reason. I tried to contact customer service several times to handle the issue. they dont have a phone number and the people on the email were super rude and didn't even care about my issue. I asked multiple times to speak with a manager or for a phone number to call and they just ignored me and didn't respond. Then after about a month of back and forth with them they told me they would contact a manager and get back to me. It's been 2 weeks since then and I've emailed them multiple times to see what's going on. At this point none of my emails are being responded to. I have never in my life had such a horrible experience. Their customer service is the worst I've ever witnessed in my entire life. Do Not Order From Them. At the end of the day I wasted time, effort, and money and received no package, no apology and now no more responses from the company. I urge you to save your money and dont even entertain the thought of buying from them. They will just steal from you.

I ordered in March and was convinced it was a scam after problems with the tracking number and then reading reviews left by other unhappy customers with the same issue, but after a few months, my package has finally arrived in perfect condition. Man was I surprised when it came.

Wish I could report this site to the relevant authorities!!!!! These people are scammers!!!! Bought item from May 11 and were now in July no item nothing at all.... fake tracking number...... automated response from customer service..... I wish I could find theses theives....... won’t even say what I would do to them!!!!!!??!???? Bunch of criminals....... 60us down the drain

I do not recommend purchasing from this company at all. It takes over 2 months to receive anything. The items are not as shown or described and they also run 10 inches smaller then normal.

Can I leave 0 stars? I ordered from them back in April. We are now in July and I still havent recieved my order. I reached out to customer service and they were extremely rude. I asked straightforward questions like "how long does shipping usually take?" And "why is the tracking info not working?". The response I recieved had general information that didnt answer any of my questions. All in all this has been a terrible experience. Avoid at all costs if you want actually receive the items you order.

This company is a scam. On FB said only pay for shipping for waist training belt. I ordered 10 weeks ago and still no tracking information. Customer service is like a robot keep repeating the same thing over and over refusing to give refund even though I already bought another belt elsewhere and received it already. The BBB should really investigate these fraudsters!!

I ordered 2 items on April 30th. It is Now July 13th and I have yet to receive my items. I've tried contacting them but all they did was tell me to track my order. Whe. I tried to track my order with the # assigned to me and it was bogus. I will never again buy from anywhere else online but Amazon. I just lost out on over $50. I wish I could report them to authorities.

I ordered a Tummy belt on May 2, 2020 and have yet to receive my item. Also when I tracked my order it says it got d eff delivered to Pittsburgh when my order details clearly says Bowie, MD. Never got a refund or have yet to hear from company.

Oredered 2 months ago still haven’t received anything and they won’t refund me either. Their customer service just keeps telling me they can’t find my order but they had no problem charging me.

Ordered waist trainer in April. Still waiting on it. Refuses to give me money.
