Late: 30 mins delivery time, I was told 10-15. My friends had finished eating their dinner from a neighboiring food stall once my pizza was ready for pickup. Bad: Most of all it felt like a cardboard... See more

Gorm’s is home of the original thin crust pizza made from 48 hours raised Danish sourdough. Here in our pizzabars in CPH Airport you’ll find perhaps the thinnest and crispiest pizza in Denmark; namely the original Gorm’s style that has spearheaded the pizza-revolution in Denmark from the moment when Gorm’s opened its first restaurant “Magstræde 16” in Copenhagen’s Latin Quarter back in 2008. The main ingredients – the base, the special “spicy” tomato sauce and the fresh mozzarella – are all 100% organic and produced locally in Denmark. You shouldn’t expect greasy Napolean style pizzas. Instead, expect delicate and digestible pizzas that will do you good when you sit on the flight on your way to your travel destination! Products of the highest quality and a sound and “light sensation” when you have eaten, are some of the core DNA-markers in our original pizza style. We hope you’ll enjoy our thin crust pizza – and your flight! Service information: We always do our utmost to deliver great food and service and we take pride in happy guests. If your experience does not live up to your expectations, please address this by directly contacting our franchise operator SSP. You’ll find contact info on this site.

Cold pizza

Cold pizza, late and no reply. While the pizza's are great when fresh out of the oven, Gorm's managed to twice deliver major deliveries ( +10 pizza's ) late and cold.

Mistakes can happen, but several email's to Gorm's have yet to result in any kind of answer, pulling the experience down to sub-zero.

Crap dough.

The toppings were ok but one can barely call it a pizza with such a crap dough.

Dear Bruno

Thanks for your comments. I am glad you appriceiate our fresh toppings, however at Gorm's Pizza we make authentic thincrust Roma-style pizzas, so our dough is a matter of tastebuds.

All the best on behalf of Gorm's

Is this pizza freshly made?

This was a very disappointing experience, especially because Gorm's Pizza downtown is pretty good.
Pizza arrived in minutes but was cold, it seems standard margaritas are made and some different topics sprinkled thinly on top. Besides being cold, it was also flavorless. How can you screw up a pizza so badly?!!

Hello Erik

Thanks for your feedback. We're glad to hear you like our pizzas downtown, and I'm extremely sorry, you had such a terrible experience at the airport. We take the comments from our customers very seriously, so we're looking into this.

Thanks again, I hope you'll give us another chance next time you pass through.

Hello Chris.

Our pizzas are based on the Roman traditions of baking thin pizzas with a crispy crust, as opposed to the thicker frozen kind found in Netto. It's unfortunate, they are not to your liking. However, thanks for your feedback.

Best regards

New outlets seem to lack quality

On 26th September, we had take away from the Gorms FIELDs. Though we have been big fans of pizzas from Gorms in Toverhallerne, experience in Fields has been short of any quality. The base was badly done, the toppings were lacking or not even there ; there was no thought behind the pizza, which is known for its fine dining quality Vs the price it asks for.

Hello Amit,

Thank you for taking your time to give us feedback on our new restaurant in Field’s.
We are sad to hear you do not think the place lived up to our standard, since we value the quality of our food above all. We have taking your critique, and shared it with the kitchen manager. We hope we can write these mistakes of as start up jitters and correct them as fast as possible.
We hope to welcome you back to a better standard, which we know we are able to present to our customers.

Kind regards
Pernille, on behalf of Gorm’s
