Great stuff & service!!
I’ve bought a bunch of items, and everything has exceeded expectations. I’m super happy with the pull-up bar and the jump rope. The ab wheel is also great quality. Highly recommended.

I'VE BEEN WAITING PATIENTLY FOR YOUR STATIC BAR PRODUCT THAT I PURCHASED TO ARRIVE. IT CAME A DAY LATE NO PROBLEM.
UPON OPENING IT I'M GREETED WITH MISSING A SCREW WRENCH AND THE OTHER SIDE OF THE BASE!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

Ordered two sets of parallettes with no issue, bought a static bar on sale which came without screws- customer service solved this problem for me in a manner of days, even shipping from Germany to US. Excellent, even impressive build quality on all products so far, and a timely response to customer support. Big fan.

Amazing customer support. Amazing products
I had a set of parallettes from them for about a year. And they broke. I was very sad because I used them every day and they are just the best parallettes. And after discussing the problem with customer support, they were very kind about it and replaced my parallettes for me, all of which happened within about a weeks time. Which is truly awesome and shows just how much they care about the product quality and their customers. They are a great company to do business with and as someone with pretty much all of their products, I can say, their equipment and clothing are just the best.

I bought parallel bars
I bought parallel bars, I paid a shipping fee (for 150$ I would have expected to be free but never mind), package was delivered by UPS that asked me to paid 40$ additional for customs fees otherwise I couldn’t get it. First time I’m in this situation, reached out to the customer support of Gornation and they told me it could happen without even proposing any solution / to pay this part.
They are a bunch of amateurs, first and last time I order on their site.

However, we’d like to clarify that during the checkout process, we inform our international customers, including those in Canada, that local customs duties and taxes may apply. These fees are collected by local authorities upon delivery and are not within our control.
As we ship our products from our warehouse in Germany we can’t offer free shipping costs to outside of Europe yet. As calisthenics and GORNATION grows, we hope to do so one day.

Uneven "Premium" Dip bar and bad customer service after i bought it
I got bought paralettes and a dipbar and some small gear. Everything is good besides my "premium" dip bar is uneven, so i basically paid for muscle imbalances.
I tried contacting support through the ai, no answers been like a 3-5 days and yesterday i tried contacting once more but they're still not replying even though it said 24 hours. So "great customer service indeed"
