Simple to use. They did everything. They made sure I was taken care of. The Customer service was excellent. I plan to use them in the future.

The pickup crew of 1 man, was great and all that was needed. Quick & open to assistance where I could help was wonderful along with rolling with a few small changes to complete the job in an easier and lower cost effort.

The only communication glitch we had was letting me know when the driver would arrive to pick up the equipment. Thankfully, it was a day I was at the office and not working from home. The driver was really a nice man.

All email communications have been great - I appreciated the notification when the equipment arrived at its final destination.

I believe the cost of shipping and all other aspects were fair and efficient.

Have used this company several times. Always nice to work with and setting up the freight. Very prompt at returning emails. Thank you for your services. Highly recommend.

From the time I called Schock Logistics until the notification that the machine had been delivered to it's destination, everyone I was in contact with was very helpful, understood my needs, and fulfilled their duties in the most professional way possible. I will use them again when necessary.

Trying to ship a piece of large, heavy equipment can be quite the task. Thanks to
Schock Logistics all i had to do was make a phone call and have a credit card ready. Everything else was a breeze.

Schock Logistics always does a great job! Would highly recommend them!

The process of requesting and receiving the quote and then arranging for shipping was quick and easy. However, when the equipment was picked up the driver REPEATEDLY DROPPED each printer before getting them loaded onto the truck. We chose Schock because they were a preferred shipping provider for our equipment leasing company. But, the negligent handling of the equipment caused additional work and documentation for our team. I would not use or recommend Schock Logistics in the future.
