I MADE A BOOKING FOR CARPARKING, WAS GIVEN A BOOKING REFERENCE, DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMSTION E MAIL. RANG
THE PHONE NUMBER WAS TOLD THEY NEVER HAD ANY RECORD OF ME MAKING A BOOKING!?! THEN I GET ASKED TO RATE THEM!!!
I HAD BETTER NOT GET CHARGED FOR MY NO EXISTANT BOOKING - I WILL BE CHECKING MY BANK ACCOUNT CLOSELY

Meet and Greet
We require a meet and greet service for car parking at Gatwick. The system has changed and we no longer drove the car to the departure ramp and met the driver. Due to changes at the airport we were required to drop the car off at a compound at the airport. This was very close to the departure area so no real problem. On our return we collected the keys but were left to find the car. The car park is quite small so not really a great hassle. It was dark however and there was no opportunity to inspect the car. My only, very slight complaint, is that the documentation sent included details of the procedure for collecting the car in the autumn of 2015 which was unnecessary for our trip in May 2016. This needs updating--- it is only a five minute task to do and suggests inefficiency so I can only award four stars. We shall use the service again.

Excellent service
Logged onto gosimply.com to look for Airport Parking at Manchester.
Found a meet and greet service at a price of £37.00 for 10 days. Nearest equivalent price was £55+.
So easy to book and the confirmation came back immediately.

My experience was excellent, a very efficient minibus service took me from Paige's secure parking area to the airport and picked me up on my return.

Parking booking
Always a good experience. Shame though that in this case I booked the airpark parking in Luton following the go simply recomendation but then discovered the dreadful reviews on trust pilot (damages cars, taken for rides, theft etc.) I will now loose my booking and book another parking. Not go simply's fault I know but maybe they include links to other reviews to allow the customer to be well informed before purchasing a product.
