It's a good way to share subscription costs. Any disputes seem to be handled quite well by customer service. Have been using them for about 3/4 of a year now and have nothing negative to add.

I shared all my subscriptions and saved money by reducing their prices. Plus, I got paid the exact same amount via PayPal, with no hidden fees!

just another scam

after I distributed my accounts for almost 6 months, when a larger amount of money was collected, they blocked my account for stupid reasons(that I would have two accounts (and yes I had mine and my wife's account, I don't see where the real problem is))

They took the money and then they don't activate the service for you. You should contact the owner of the subscription who obviously doesn't answer. Stay away

Useless Service and No Refund

I joined Go Split a few days ago and immediately purchased three subscriptions: VPN, Google Drive, and Microsoft 365. The VPN and Microsoft 365 worked fine, although it took around 10 hours to receive the Microsoft 365 invite.

The issue was with the Google Drive subscription. In order for it to work, I was supposed to receive an invite to my main account. When the invite finally arrived, I encountered an error saying I needed to be located in the UK—which I am not.

I requested a refund, but the subscription owner refused. I contacted them through chat, but they kept ignoring my concerns. They simply told me to either change my country (which I couldn’t) or use a second account—which is not practical for me.

I then filed a dispute and explained the situation. Nowhere on the platform was it mentioned that family members had to be in the same country. I also pointed out that less than 24 hours had passed since the issue arose. Despite this, they still refused the refund and insisted the subscription was valid.

Avoid them..

Avoid them... the owners that sharing the account and you pay them, they are not honest. Your account may end up not working for days or forever. You will end up asking support to get refund, but guess what, they are not going to refund it to your bank, instead they hold your money as "credit".

Too expensive after 12th December

It was the Best and cheapest in the beginning. Unfortunately, after the price increase of the 12th December it's no longer the best offer online for sharing.
Additionally, there was no communication for the increase beforehand.
