I am going around in circles trying to get a refund for a tutorial that never took place. They are hoping I will just give up trying to recover it. Wish me luck. I will report back with the outcome.

Absolutely disgusting, no refund in sight, so basically I paid for the tutor to be ill and to keep us waiting for almost 30 minutes in the hope that she would arrive online. So much of my time has been spent trying to get back my £30.00. Be very careful when dealing with Gostudent

Very professional and my son has benefited a lot

We were looking for a tutor with coding and computing expertise for both of our sons. They were at different stages in their eductaional path: One in Year 11, the other in Year 7. Aaron D'Mello assisted them with tailored lessons, finding a personal way to engage them in the subjects: Being encouraging and clear in his explanation, challenging their thinking constructively. We also managed to keep good lines of communication to plan the lessons for each other boys. We surely recommend Aaron as a great tutor able to access the children's potential.

Julie is so friendly and never rushes to correct my daughter - she will give her enough processing time and politely ask her to check it twice to encourage confidence. My daughter is looking forward to continuing through GcSE years with Julie for Maths and also potentially science.

Very disappointed with GoStudent. They kept trying to charge my bank account, and I reported the issue multiple times without a satisfactory resolution. Be careful, read the contract carefully, and monitor your payments.
They are scams

Avoid this service.

The tutor was great, and we only needed the service for six months. I was told there was a six-month minimum term, so I expected the subscription to end after that period.

Imagine my surprise when another payment was taken from my account after the six months had ended. When I contacted the GS AI assistant, I was told the subscription had automatically renewed by default. At no point was this made clear to me.

I’m currently waiting for GoStudent to respond to my request for a full refund and immediate cancellation. In my view, automatically renewing a subscription without the customer’s explicit consent is unacceptable. It’s shocking that this is the default setting, especially when it isn’t clearly explained upfront.

Update: I had a good experience with Go Student overall. The tutor was excellent, and the lessons were very good. My only issue was with the auto-renewal of my subscription, but this was eventually resolved. I received a refund and the matter was handled professionally. Based on my overall experience, I would recommend Go Student, especially because of the quality of the tutoring and the way the issue was resolved in the end.

AVOID AT ALL COST!! I CANCELLED WITH THEM AND THEY STILL TRY TO CALL KMT PLUS TRIED TO TAKE MONEY OUT MY BANK UNAUTHORISED!! A BUNCH OF MATERIALISTIC MONEY GRABBERS!!

My tutor is incredibly patient and is very flexible with what she teaches. Lessons always seem to go great, and she always likes to give a challenge when possible, being there to help along the way with different struggles. Would recommend GoStudent immensley!

To all Parents. Please do not use GoStudent. They have taken a material sum of money from my bank account via DDR and are refusing to give it back, even though I have no need for any further lessons. DO NOT USE

It is good and the teachers are nice and I can understand the work

My daughter enjoys her lessons as the content is explained really well. She is going to benefit so much from her tutor time.
