This company is an absolute nightmare! Our Canadian NGO has dealt with them for just over a year and had to move all of our employees to another provider. This entity is unresponsive, unprofessional and arrogant in its very limited communication. If this were your only choice to hire an international employee, I would recommend that you not hire the employee at all. Absolutely terrible, terrible company.
I have similar experiences to the previous reviewer. There is due payment I am still to receive from GOT as third party payroll provider. Their customer support has been wildly incorrect at times about employment issues.
My company provided services to GOT International for almost 9 months. The last 3 were made extremely difficult due to the preferential treatment of the CEO’s friend who rapidly rose to CRO. Any criticism of the CRO was met with illogical vitriol by the CEO who threatened me in front of the CPO. I do not recommend working for this company especially when they are doing anything they can to not pay me despite doing the work. My project to make the company GDPR compliant and more efficient was well on track before the cooperation was mutually ended, it was due to be delivered within 2 months without delay. GOT however, refuses to pay me. Avoid this company.
