Wouldnt bother saving money and going with companies such as these, I advise all NOT to use courier companies, always search on Google for Freight cargos, that would give you all the details before and after, unlike these useless people.
Terrible. I don't get any updates my parcel appears to be stuck in New York for about 8 days and I'm assuming it's moving but there's no route info. I asked support and they didn't bother checking.

1 - We have company policiy we didn't share any details to consignee unless shipper allow us, We just provide the tracking ID and you can track us your parcel from our website.
2- As you know that currect situation in Middle East there's most of flights effected we can’t get the proper updates from airline thats why we cant updated on website properly.
