Further to my previous negative review, they have asked me to take my negative review down and will not replace my faulty items until I have done so. I wouldn't recommend this company at all. Very disappointed.

Ignore their generic response below. Since I refused to take the review down unless they replaced my faulty products they told me they were closing my case due to my "tone". The response below is several days after this and they have just wrote it to make themselves look better. Happy to provide the full email chain and I have reported them.

I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY ENTIRE ORDER THE HOLIDAY BUNDLE WITH 2 EXTRA HANDLES. I RECIEVED A FLIMSY BOXY WRAPPED IN SARAN WRAP WITH 4 HANDLES, THEN ANOTHER BOX ARRIVED WITH 1 PAN THE 4 EGG PAN WITH A HANDLE. WHERE IS THE REST OF MY ORDER, ITS LIKE A 18 PC SET. IVE REACHED OUT BY EMAIL MULTIPLE TIMES, NO RESPONSE. I SPENT OVER 300.00. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered very expensive titanium pots which took weeks to arrive. When they arrived in very poor packaging with a flimsy label written in Chinese. The pans are extremely poor quality. There is no indication that there is any titanium in the product either on the box, the label or the product. It does not look anything like my other titanium paks which are riven at the base, and the handles are sharp and unfinished not as per their photos. The company responses have been shocking, absolute gas lighting that they really are titanium coated 'trust us' and that they want a 15% restocking fee as per their terms, oh yes, and their terms also stipulate that you pay for the shipping back. Perhaps they haven't heard, but a contract works two ways. This is a total mis-sell and also against UK trading standards where cookware has to be transparently labeled with key materials used. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. It has taken me so much time to go back and forth with people who 'understand my frustration'.
It's a total SCAM. DO NOT BUY.

I'm using most popular 11 pieces cookware set (black color) and I really love them! Because it has a detachable handle, I don't have any trouble finding space for it in my kitchen they're really useful for small places They made me love cooking. Thank you Gourmetific Team for fast delivery and high quality products :)

I love this cookware set. I live in a camper, so this space-saving set is great. Easy to clean, non stick and delivery was quick.

Why didn't I find these reviews before?I bought the set for over one hundred pounds. Beautiful feel and look - love how the handle works. And the extra storage lids I bought. The problem is when you start to cook - the pans stain in the middle. So I have this beautiful ivory/creamy, set with a large brown stain in the middle after just one use. So disappointed.

I actually bought a set of Gourmetific Ceramic cookware as a Christmas present for myself for Xmas, 2023.

This is an *unsolicited* review, after 2 years of *heavy, hard and varied* usage...

I've been 'cooking' since the age of 9. Before that, between approx. 6 and 9 (as far back as I can remember), I'd mess around with some Indian flat-bread ('roti') odds-and-ends, taking tiny pieces of dough on a warm-to-hot flat griddle, adding bits of sugar, salt, jaggery, butter ... aiming for God knows what!!

I went to boarding school at approx the age of 9. Every year, for 2 weeks in April, we'd go on 'Camps and Hikes' (younger kids (up to the age of 12) on 'camps' and elders (13+) on 'Hikes'; we did have supervising teachers and kitchen staff) I promptly designated myself as 'camp cook', trying to make 'dal' (lentil curry) with a bunch of spices (forget measuring!!) and (very gluggy, mushy, sticky, rice). Juiuuuust about on the right side of 'edible'... juuuuust!!!).

Now, many decades later, I'm really pleased to say that I've learned a lot - pure Indian, veg and non-veg; Chinese and Indo-Chinese; Western - from stir-fries to roasts, soups, breads, stews, pastas, steaks, breakfasts, curries- my repertoire has grown and, based on feedback, I'm not doing *too* badly, though there's still a LOT more to learn, thank God!!

The one thing I've had a problem with has been cookware. Especially non-stick. Our cooking surface has primarily been electric- radiant coils. Non-stick coated cookware has been the worst... adding all the horror stories of PFAs and forever-chemicals has worried me. A LOT. Trying to make the pot/pan surfaces non-stick on a non-flame cooktop has been really, really, really hard. A scratch has turned into wider and much worse. Trying to prepare the inside and bottom of a pan or a wok has been brutal.

Then I came across Gourmetific and I thought my problems were all solved.

I WAS WRONG.

My assumptions failed and I had to re-learn and actually *read and understand* what Gormetific were saying. Once I actually did, my entire experience was turned on it's head... in a *very* positive way. In just over 2 years, the ceramic coating has remained solid. No scratches. Heat-up and cool-down are exceptional. I've cooked Indian curries of all kinds. I've cooked western stews. Roasts. Steaks, High-heat stir-fries.

My only issue has been discolouration on the outside of the pots and pans.

The Gourmetific sets' performance has been nothing short of amazing. The snap-on and snap-off handles are excellent to work with. Along with the lids, they make is very easy to cook-and-store in the 'fridge. My lessons learned have been mainly to wipe-off the outside whenever any spices, foods, saices have dribbled over or somehow found their way to the outside surface of the cookware.

Because the pots and pans hold their properties so well (especially non-stick, they're so, so, SO easy to clean - I just use a bit of dish-washing-detergent, warm water and a sponge; and everything slides just right off - In two years haven't had to even put them in the dish-washer.)

I intend on buying a set now, each, for other family members.

I have ZERO hesitation in recommending Gourmetific cookware to anyone who may be looking for a new set of cookware. This is WAY better than anything else I own (on, at the very least, a par with Circulon branded stuff and absolutely DESTROYS Hexclad at a MUCH more affordable rate).

Great idea conceptually, but product manufacturing and quality fall very short. Purchased in March 2025. Only used a few times because I still had my old set. Less than two months in, the detachable handle cracked significantly. Reached out to Customer Service to request a replacement and was told “no” because this occurred more than 30 days after purchase. Returned to my old pot set and these have been collecting dust ever since. Prompted to review now because I’m finally tossing the set. Also discovered that bottom of pans leave gray smudges, making it hard to nest for storage. Too bad because the nonstick worked fine.

*UPDATE* The company replied to this review and separately offered to now send a replacement handle if I upgraded this review to 5 stars or removed it altogether. I declined. I will note that response time is reasonable.

Awful faulty product with even worse customer service. I contacted the company to say that they did not work, so after many back and forth emails, photos and videos, they admitted the fault and promised to replace the products. Then 2 months later they still had not sent it out and completely back tracked their promise. Also then to make it worse they said because I have had the pans for more than 30 days I can not qualify for for the "hassle free money back return". 2 months of being treated awful and having my money unlawfully kept. Please choose a better more honest company.

The price is not refelected in the quality at all, and my order has taken a very long time to arrive. I SO regret buying from this company. SCAMERS.

Customer Service is poor and lacking. When I ordered a set on Black Friday 2025, assurance was given that items would ship quickly. After a couple weeks of hearing nothing, I reached out and was told it was due to Black Friday. Though I asked for an ETA, I was not given any information. I finally received a partial order on 12/18 but received no updates as to why I only received part of my order. So I reached out again, and again I was given vague information with no ETA. Today I receive an email stating my complete order had been delivered. However, nothing has been delivered to my shipping address today.

The very first time I used this pan to make pancakes the inside bottom became stained. I even tried the other size pan hoping it was a fluke, but now that one is discolored too. This was disappointimg. Also, a word of caution, the pans heat up super hot, presumably because they are so lightweight. So I recommend cooking at a lower level of heat than you normally would.

Do not buy from this company. It is a scam company. They are writing that it is a risk free guarantee and you’ll have a full refund, but that is far from the truth. They never delivered the package and now they want a fee of 15% plus shipping cost when I ask for refund. They will not admit to their fault and take responsibility. They blame everybody else for their mistakes

I ordered their cookware set on November 28th in order to have this for my wife on Christmas. Unfortunately I only received part of the order and the rest did not make it in time for Christmas, nor has it arrived to this day.

Received the order on Jan 9th. Plan accordingly!

Sent me one package that was an add on purchase, however the pans, pots and utensils have not arrived. The shipping says in Dallas since November and they have been making excuses ever since. I'm going to start legal procedures as well as using social media to tell others about the poor delivery service. My wife now will not have the gift by Christmas or at all. I will be letting the United States and Missouri Attorney Generals, the Better Business Bureau and Facebook to have their advertisement removed.

Pans stain almost immediately and look old and shabby. I cannot find the origin of manufacture! Not sure why this is hidden! Customer service is pretty poor and would not refund or accept returns of stained pans- regrettful purchase. Another social media scam

They claim 2 day delivery, got 1/2 my order in 18 days, the other 1/2 in 31 days, customer service, nothing but excuses ,wish I had looked at reviews before I ordered, they spend all there money in ads, not in products, company is a scam

At first I was getting real upset. That I spent so much money. And it wasn't getting delivered. I was goingbback and forth with them. I had a valid. Address Finally it was delivered. I never had a nice cook ware set like this. At first it really took some time to get use too. I now love it. And the red color is amazing. The utensils are great too. Now I can make an 9melette. I had some issues but the Men and Women of gournetific. We're quite wonderful. Those 2 extras. That were sent Theybsrnt by accident. And did not get charged. I would order again. Now I just have to.learn how to use the grill pan. Never had one before. But I can see how it mightvbe very useful
