Legit business, a bit slow order processing

I've purchased a backpack from this company. Order arrived successfully. No issues with legitimacy of the product. However, there was a small issue regarding order delivery. It is stated on the website, that all the orders are processed and shipped up to 48 hours from the moment of placing it. But I have not received any notification from the seller regarding my order in stated time range. Only after I've contacted support via email, they finally provided me with the details of the shipment.
I plan to keep that backpack and don't know how this company works with the refunds, so no comments on this topic.
