Both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new property were handled so expertly by the entire team at Gowland White, the sales team at the Yarm branch and the progression team at Stockton-on-Tees. They guided us through the process with great patience and made us feel valued and secure in the knowledge that they were there to help every step of the way. We can't thank them enough and would without hesitation recommend them to anyone thinking of either selling their home or looking for help in finding a new property.

A professional and friendly service delivered by the team at Stockton. Helpful advice was given to guide us through the process of selling our home. All queries were answered promptly and thoughtfully, making our home sale go smoothly.

I am concerned about the lack of communication.
We were interested in a property and contacted them on a Friday. They could not get through to my phone for some reason, completely understandable, so I gave them my husband’s phone number and my email address to contact us when they were able to book a viewing.
My husband was informed that they were talking to the vendor about a viewing but heard nothing more. I had to ring once again only to be told an offer had been accepted on the property. I think others who were interested in the property should have been informed as has been the case with other estate agents we have been in contact with.
I had previously expressed interest in another property through Gowland White on Rightmove and received no response at all.
Disappointing as other estate agents we have been in contact with have been very prompt and informative.

Gowland White were so easy to deal with from initial valuation through viewings and then sales progression it made it a pleasurable experience. They were so efficient list the property, arranging viewings and providing feedback then through negotiation and answering buyer queries.
