There is no customer service, they do not pick up the phone, they take days to respond to emails, if they ever respond and their credit card charges end up being fraudulent.
No one in their company really knows how to process or do anything.
Stay away from GPSwox, it’s a complete waste of time.

We'd like to provide some context, as this review doesn't fully reflect what took place.
In early April, you attempted a purchase through our website. Due to a payment issue, the initial transaction didn't go through, so we sent a payment link via an alternative gateway. Two different email addresses were used during this process, which caused some confusion around the order.
Once we became aware that both transactions had been processed, we issued refunds for both immediately.
To make things right, we went a step further and offered you a tracker free of charge. You accepted, and it was delivered within 3 working days.
Following delivery, we made several attempts to reach you by email and phone to help with setting up the device in GPSWOX, but unfortunately were unable to get through.
We're always committed to resolving issues and taking care of our customers. If you're open to it, we'd still be happy to assist you with the setup at any time.

Reliable platform for over 4 years
We have been a customer of GPSWOX for four years and our experience has been excellent from day one.
We use their white label solution and now also our own branded apps that are available to our customers. The system is extremely stable and performs reliably in our daily operations. At the moment we manage around 1100 devices on the platform without any issues, and everything runs smoothly.
Whenever we have needed assistance, their support team has been fast, professional and friendly through the ticket system. Any challenges have been handled efficiently and with a clear focus on finding the right solution.
We definitely plan to continue growing our fleet on the platform and look forward to adding many more devices in the future. Highly recommended.

Lightning fast support!
We identified several security vulnerabilities on the GPSWOX servers. After promptly notifying GPSWOX through their support channel, some fixes were applied immediately. Over the following days, the remaining issues were also resolved without hesitation or objections regarding feasibility.

Refund Issued / Rapid Response
After posting a review on Trust Pilot about a negative experience I had with GPSWOX the company responded in less than 24 hours and apologized for a miscommunication and said they will issue a full refund to my PayPal account.
I appreciate this kind of rapid response and the willingness of the company to acknowledge their mistake. If I ever require their services in the future I would do business with them again.

Everything I needed!!!
After my phone call today, I found that this program was all I imagined it would be. PERFECT!! I just needed a little help getting it going. I spoke to Ignas on the phone and he was truly a HUGE help and I know I couldn't have done it without him.
I'm deleting my previous review as I finally received the service their site said was available. THANK YOU to Kevin (General Manager) for getting on top of it and making the call happen.
