Horrible experience- Don’t trust them!

Horrible experience. You left myself and my cancer recovered wife stranded in the Milan Airport. There was no transportation arranged.
We paid you $10,500 in full the minute you asked for the money. You promised everything would be arranged. You failed the minute we landed. This continued with the hotel which was horrible. We had to pay extra to get a better room.
We tried contacting you and you never responded after multiple messages.
You finally did respond after the weekend was over and you would not return our transportation costs of $200 euros. Class act.
This was a bucket list wish that was purchased after my wife’s cancer recovery and you have the nerve to basically steel our money. Shame on you. You brought my wife to tears and she became sick and could not attend the race on Sunday.
You have no moral compass.
It was a terrible experience and you made sure of it. You are not a trustworthy person.
