The suite comes fully assembled and includes an electric heater with two heat outputs. Very happy with product and delivery. Delivery driver rang me half an hour before they arrived to advise they were on their way. Product exactly what we wanted - perfect fit.

Bought this whilst on offer and very pleased I did, delivery was well organised and arrived superbly packaged the fire works perfectly well with both remote control and control panel, it is also great looking fire.

It’s a very lovely fire. Perfect size. Only downside the delivery of the fire is left kerb side. I am 81. Not sure how it was expected of me to lift this into my house. Never knew any other company who do this but can’t say I’m impressed with this service.

My whole online experience with Gr8 Fires was excellent. wide choice of good quality products, quick delivery with customer friendly notifications to keep you informed at every stage.
