Great products shipping is too much
I really enjoyed the wide range of products and how good the prices.
Although, I do only live in Ireland and if I ordered for instance one small marker or small pack of stickers my standard shipping is still £19.99 which is ridiculous in my opinion.

Hi Tracey,
I’m sorry to hear that you have not yet received your parcel. This was shipped on 14th October with Evri parcel ref H00QFA0009063611.
I have checked the tracking website; however, there appear to have been no updates since 17th October. Due to the amount of time that has passed, we would assume this has been lost in their network.
I will open a claim with the courier, and we can arrange for a refund or replacement. Please let me know how you would prefer to proceed.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused by this delay.
Regards
Cora

I am not sure where this info has come from as the item is on the untracked, standard service.
