A very bad service.

I am a Gramto customer.
Gramto is a scum service and I really regret to have bought a subscription. Their support is non-existent sometimes waiting for two days to receive an answer, and their automation is a joke. First-hand experience:
1) their auto-post schedule only partly works, in ways impossible to predict.
2) automation crashes every 16 hours or so, even despite having bought a high-quality, third-party proxy. When it works it performs maximum one action every other hour, but most of the time is stalls for two days with often messages such as the cryptic "System Maintenance".
3) Features will appear and disappear with no information whatsoever. This happened with the Follow function that suddenly after my request to their "technical support" reappeared on my dashboard with their typical message (Please kindly check, we fixed the problem).
4) Both of my instagram accounts get blocked every day, and they need to be manually unblocked.

In short, if this is what automation is supposed to be, I'd like to go back to the Middle Ages.

As I have tried repeatedly to find a solution with their sales team and request a (partly) refund - it was also my responsibility to look deeper - I want to disclose that this review does not come from any feeling of revenge, but more of bitterness for a highly problematic service.

Terrible service and they charge you when you cancel

Terrible service. Paid for the first month in February of 2020. Worked fine for a few days. Then my IG accounts were blocked. So I canceled. And they were super nice to cancel. Then comes March 2020. And I’m charged. So I email them and they say the account is going to be scheduled for deletion. Then April 2020. Again. Same thing. Charged again. Emailed them and they say sorry. It was a mistake. And it will be completed within 24 hrs. Nope. May 2020 charged again and now I have to deal with it

Tuve que cancelar mi tarjeta y pedir una nueva, ya que te cobran automáticamente y de forma aleatoria, incluso si no estás usando el servicio. OJO, es una estafa. No dejen sus datos. Si te contactas con ellos, te contestan bots o dejan de contestarte directamente. Tengo todas las capturas.

I had to cancel my credit card and ask for a new one, because they automatically charge randomly even if you are not using the service. Its a scam. Do not leave your credit card info. If you try to contact them, you get responses from bots or they even stop replying. I have screenshots.

Only half the features work and support sucks

I paid to get the auto comment feature. it worked for a day and then it was blocked. i waited 2 weeks and then i contacted support and they said its because of the proxy and that they would give me a new one. i waited 6h and then they entirely stopped responding. lol. POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND DEFUNCT SERVICE

This is the most Bad Service i have…

This is the most Bad Service i have ever had. Because of using this service my instagram account was deleted BY INSTAGRAM. They Told me that because gramto Service its Violates community guidelines. If you treasure your account DON'T USE THIS SERVICE. I even contacted with gramto for a refund and its been already 2 week and no news and the ignore me.

Keep charging my card after 4 months deactivated

After 4 months of deactivating the account, the card keeps getting charged. Contacted them 3 times in the past 4 months, basically every time they charge the card.
Their response continues to be the same, I am taking this up a notch with a report to the card issuer, and possibly legal action if this is adviced by attorneys. The amount is small but out of principle this is money grabbing and a breach of trust when you provide your card to a registered vendor, I expect all of this to be considered when quantifying damages and serve as a reminder to the company of their duty of care.

Scam

They have charged me for 3 months without me knowing. I have deactivated auto-renewal but they still renewed my subscription. After contacting the support I was told that they would look into it right away but nothing happened.

Don't trust them. Worst experience ever.

Terrible

Terrible. I've been trying to set up the Auto Like function but no luck. Their documentation is out of date, including written instructions as well as screenshots, so it doesn't help. They recommend using a private proxy if I reside outside of the location where their servers are, but no documentation as to where their servers are. There's misspellings ("recieve" and your vs. you're) everywhere. Totally agree with other reviews here that this a scam not run by actual people who care about their product.

Terrible support.

Terrible support.

Tried to get help with an error with automation. 15-20 minutes between replies (when they bothered to reply). Their 'advice' was not related to the problem at all.

Wouldn't recommend even if they paid me.

I checked how to run the bot and follow all the steps
But I saw there's no impact on my instagram account

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Do not waste your time and money.

Wow, I am kinda reeling trying to wrap my head around just how bad my experience has been with Gramto.

I opened an account to utilise the auto DM feature for new followers. Connecting my account went without a hitch, then I tried to add my welcome message. An error message popped up "You need to add Welcome DMS if you want to use that feature." After searching high and low, I googled how to do this. Apparently there's supposed to be an icon in the main menu for this - but there's not.

Thus ensued 7 days of hell trying to get help from customer support. I can only assume this is not run by people, but by bots, as the messages I receive are devoid of any intelligence and don't relate to information I've provided. Repetitive requests for me to submit the account registered email (provided 5 times now!), "apologies for the inconvenience, what seems to be the problem?" messages after I've explained over and over what the problem is. Now I've demanded a refund on the money I've spent and just received another irrelevant message "What error have you encountered?". This is clearly a scam to get a monthly or annual payment out of people as the product doesn't work and there is definitely nobody around to sort it out.
