return nightmare

I sent back 2 items for a return on my first order from Grana. They claim to process them all within 10 days. After a few weeks, I reached out. Then suddenly they claim there was a problem with my return, it was not in resalable condition and they will not refund any of the items. But they will send them back "free of charge :)". They sent a picture of a tiny microscopic spot on one of the items. I responded stating that this spot was either not noticed when I received it or happened at their warehouse, where it had been sitting for weeks. They wouldn't budge or refund me for either of the items (no explanation was ever given for the second item). I contacted my credit card company, and months later, after several rounds and an extreme amount of documentation for a $100 refund, I finally won the dispute. It was the worst experience I've had with customer service. It's too bad because their clothes are nice and reasonably priced. I buy all my clothing online, and have never had any issues with returns. Spend a little more and save a lot of hassle, shop somewhere else.

Terrible customer service received …

Terrible customer service received after calling their cheetah customer service hotline, 5808 4320.

I spend 30+ minutes during 4 different customer service staff members because the phone kept on getting "disconnected" whenever the person on the other side of the line could not come up with a solution to a disappearing promo code at check-out.

I was most annoyed when being told that "it's just a bug with the mobile site" -- as the solution to my problem.

BEWARE grumpy and unhelpful customer service. I can only imagine what happens what kind of service one would get returning or exchanging. I would definitely not buy and suggest to anyone that does try EVERLANE for better overall online buying purchase.

GRANA sort out your "bugs" and attitude!!!!

Returns process neither quick nor easy

Original review: This is an online clothing company that claims to offer "quick and easy" returns - their words, but sadly not an honest claim. I sent back a shirt in precisely the same condition and wrapped in the same paper and box as I got it (it was too big). Now they claim the shipment has arrived safe and sound but the item is not in "resalable condition", with no details on what that means other than a convenient excuse not to refund my money. Other buyers beware!

Edited to add: After filing a PayPal dispute, I managed to get store credit in lieu of a refund for the full price of the shirt. Credit where it's due to customer support staff named Thomas - quick and helpful replies to emails.
