Very Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend
Unfortunately, my experience with this car dealer was extremely disappointing. From the initial contact through to dealing with the issues afterwards, the level of customer service was poor and communication was frustrating.
I felt that promises made during the sales process were not followed through, and when I raised my concerns, I did not feel that they were taken seriously. Getting clear answers was difficult, and I often had to chase for updates rather than receiving proactive communication.
Buying a car is a significant purchase, and I expected honesty, professionalism and reasonable after-sales support. Sadly, that was not my experience here.
Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about buying a vehicle from this dealer. I would strongly recommend potential customers carry out thorough checks, get everything agreed in writing, and make sure they are completely satisfied before proceeding.
Overall, a very poor experience and one I would not want other customers to go through.
