This happened a few years ago but still bears mentioning. All customers at Grande Vegas, Slotatstic, and Jackpot Capital should take notice because all are the same company: Affiliate Capital. No distinction should be made between the three. Grande Vegas has been trying to dodge this review by flagging it when they know quite well everything is accurate and applies to them. Comparable sites to Trustpilot have not been fooled.

Deposited $150. Redeemed slot coupon. Bet limit was $10. Kept my wagers to $5. Met rollover. Got to $4770. Requested payout. Payout was rejected.

They claimed 3 of my ~3500 bets were over the $10 limit. This was most likely the result of me toggling from another window and accidentally activating extra paylines when I did so without being aware. All my over-limit wagers were after I had won $5000 on a spin. Betting big, especially early, can give a player an unfair advantage, but that was simply not the case here. I was essentially locked into the meeting the rollover in full, and I would've derived no strategical benefit from wagering over the limit at that point. I did not become aware of the over-limit wagers until after I had cashed out, and, frankly, the setup of their casino is rather conducive for accidental bet sizes to happen. There were no locks in place. Some games, when you reopen or refresh them, automatically reset your bet size to maximum which you could easily overlook momentarily. Also, if you accidentally clip a pay-line marker, every lesser pay-line becomes activated which quickly and inconspicuously balloons your bet size.

Their rule was worded, "The maximum bet for all bonuses (including cashback) must not exceed $10. Any winnings, plus bonus amounts derived from bets higher than this limit will be voided". All 3 of the $11+ bets were losers. Thus I "derived" no winnings from them and do not consider their rule applicable here. This I consider to be the most important point. Further, I do not consider the wording of their rule to be ambiguous. I will go into great minutiae on that point. If they had simply stated the maximum bet was $10, I would consider their ruling harsh but ultimately justifiable.

Even after multiple detailed communications, essentially, their only response was "Whether or not winnings were had from the specific bet, if bets above $10 are made when a coupon is active, the winnings are voided." They chastised my "playing style", i.e., the 3 accidental bets. They reiterated I be familiar with the T&C. I had always bet well below the $10 max bet throughout all my deposits.

Only after extensive public pressure did they budge from their position. Even so, they did not make right. They admitted I had a "valid" case but reinstated less than half my win. They tested how this response played with the public. A solid majority agreed with my position. Some felt the rule a bit ambiguous. Some felt it was an industry standard an over-the-limit bet got your balance voided. As I see it, if there were any ambiguity (there wasn't), the norm is for that ambiguity to benefit the party that didn't write the rules. Otherwise, there'd be an obvious incentive to write ambiguous rules. Also, any specific rule should override any industry norm. Rules are meant to protect the parties involved. Who is this confiscation protecting?

They were satisfied a minority opinion was adequate enough that it would be more profitable for them not to pay the rest. Casinomeister deemed the response adequate. Casino Guru ruled against them. To me, their response is a classic example of a casino probing around to see what they can get away with in an environment of lax oversight where there is little downside for them to do so.

I went on record that I refused to dignify their response. All these years later, I still have collected nothing.

They later updated their rule to reflect the callous way they actually act. Their new rule validates the voiding of all promotion winnings in all circumstances where any bet over $10 is made before playthrough is completed.

Response: In case there was any doubt, this review is very much about Grande Vegas. It is the company that stiffed me and Grande Vegas continues to be complicit in me remaining stiffed. Affiliate Capital running different URL's to the same product changes nothing. Grande Vegas is merely trying to get criticism of them removed because it is convenient for them, not because it is right. If they cared about what was right, they'd address the realities of the case.

And i wanted to share my greatest experience with people and Grande Vegas has literally hit many of my top wishes in a (1) no deposit coupons, (2) large enough to have a chance to win with a (3) low wagering requirement none would be better but impossible too, at a (4) casino that has fast and easy cash out and (5)quick and simple verification of identity.

I really wanted to give a five-star rating because it is the first casino that I have have found to meet my summarized wish list. To win a large amount within 2 days and not payed I red cent for it is A+mazing, to be sure. However the wagering was crazy, they didn't honor chippys bonus for 100$ Chip and replaced it with only 25$ and took several tries and different pieces of mail for the verification process and it took a painstaking 2 days to get my withdrawal. I know my wish list exists out there at other casinos. I just haven't found one yet so I would have given five-star review for this casino. Had they been able to accept the $100 chip? The wagering is insane. I'm surprised that I made it past it and the withdrawal I believe for every casino should be however you choose And I thought it awesome of this casino to have that option also. But you have to pay $30 to choose anything but crypto so that sucks and then it took 2 days and that is horrible for players that have just won and are all excited to have to wait 2 days. But I've had to wait 30 and more. I was told I could withdraw 2500 via bitcoin and 2500 via wire transfer once a week, however I’m trying to withdraw the remainder of my funds and I’m unable to. I was told a manager updated my account to a limit of $500, I was never notified nor have I been provided an explanation as to why. I reached out to live chat and had a representative call me directly and no one is able to give me an explanation as to what is going on with my funds. The representative told me according to the terms and conditions it states management can limit customers withdraw amount, I have read the terms and conditions and did not see that information. It literally say wire transfer 2500 max bet week. I even tried to withdraw the $500 they stated I’ve been limited to on a weekly basis and is still unable. This is very sketchy and seems like they do not want clients to withdraw their funds. I now have a different outlook on this specific casino, I understand why other customer give horrible reviews. I will never in life play a dime at this casino again.
