Definitely 5 out of five stars
I have nothing but positive experiences on this site. Anytime I've ever had to talk to customer service they've been more than helpful and friendly, and they don't keep you on hold forever like some of the other sites. I've probably won a handful of times and I've never had a problem making a withdrawal. A couple of times I did have my withdrawal request denied. But that was my own fault, I had played with a free bonus chip and not made a deposit before getting another free bonus chip and when I won they denied it due to that fact. But when you're not playing with a free bonus and you win they will always, well have always given me my withdrawal without any problems. People that leave reviews saying they cheated them out of their money, I'm going to say probably 10 times out of 10 it is because they were playing with a bonus and they're not including that information in their review. I would recommend this site to anybody who likes to gamble sometimes.

I played here a few years now. I must say I really love it here. They always promise to pay out, if only the playthrough is correct, but they do pay out!. Friendly guys in chat support. I’m writing to dispute the removal of $700 in winnings I earned after completing a very difficult $5000 playthrough. I understand I used consecutive bonuses at times, but I did so in good faith. There was no attempt to break rules or take advantage of the system.
I made deposit after deposit, took heavy losses, and played consistently with the expectation of fair treatment. The rule about not using two bonuses back to back without a deposit in between is tough to track during regular play and seems extreme when used to deny winnings after the full requirement was met.
To take back winnings based on a technicality, with no warning and no regard for my account history or activity, feels unfair. I ask that you review this decision and consider a reinstatement or at least a credit in good faith for the time, effort, and money I put in.
If this isn’t resolved, I’ll have to share my experience with casino watchdogs and public forums that focus on fairness and transparency
