Scammers!!!
Absolutely unacceptable experience.

After my tenant caused damage to the property, the deposit should have been released to cover repairs. Instead, I was presented with invoices I strongly dispute and the full deposit was retained.

The lack of transparency and the way funds were handled were extremely concerning. I did not feel my interests were protected at all.

I terminated my agreement immediately.

I would not recommend this agency to landlords or tenants. Both sides should think carefully before engaging and ensure they fully understand how deposits and deductions are managed.

I would not recommend this agency at all! Avoid it at all costs.

We had a wonderful experience with granite lettings. Wes and his team are amazing. Whenever I called them for assistance regarding any property issues they were there to help us. Wes particularly is a gem of a person. You can discuss any property issues with him and he can get you through them without doubt.

They are the worst agency I ever know
People if you want your deposit back plz make sure u have a full video of your home before u start tenancy and don’t forget to take a full home tour video before handing over the keys . You may need to submit to DPS team to get your deposit back . They claim for all problems that’s already there before u start tenancy . Please be mindful 🙏🏻🙏🏻
