I emailed but no response. Poor service

They cancelled my order with no warning or explanation and when I tried to email them, both times it bounced back.

Bought two ties from Grandchester and Cavendish, both times the ties were delivered very promptly and of high quality with a pocket square, cuff links and tie clip as well. Fair to say I wouldn’t have looked as dashing without the high quality attire provided and got compliments on the ties both times!

Tie is very nice and of great quality. Normally buy one every few years but this one looks like it will last a very long time!
