I made the mistake of trusting their…

I made the mistake of trusting their website, which had alot of things I was interested in obtaining (tho not necessarily in quantities they provide) so made a big order. Unfortunately I was terribly disappointed in the quality of everything I've tried - if I'd realised the pine nuts were from China I would never have purchased; similarly with other nuts from USA. Even the dark chocolate covered Brazil nuts, which I've loved from a previous source, were cheap and nasty-tasting. I wish I could return it and have a refund of unopened items, but expect I will have to chalk it up to experience.

With a 15% discount offer I was going to make another order of items (not food this time) I was looking for, but sadly I've learned that the website apparent quality of the company is not borne out by the foodstuff itself.

Always great to deal with Grapetree

Always great to deal with Grapetree, turn around from order to delivery is very quick and online staff telephone enquiries are very professional.

Great products as always

Normally a 5 star review but this time something I ordered wasn’t available. I was however refunded. It was on a 3 for £10 offer I think. I wouldn’t have bothered had it not been, so it pushed my order cost unnecessarily.

Another thing is I have to pay using PayPal each time. Why can’t you accept Apple Pay? For some reason my card doesn’t work.
