Poor communication re delivery
Poor communication re delivery - had to email GL to ask if it was dispatched - they did reply to say yes but could not give any details of where or when it would be delivered. Regret not paying a little more and ordering through previously used company who dispatch, track and communicate well. Should not take over a week to deliver within UK - still waiting for information on delivery.

Easy to use website and prompt service
The website was easy to use and the airbeam shelter tent we ordered arrived very quickly. It was well-packed in a strong box and with minimal plastic.

I was really pleased with the speedy delivery of the water pump that i ordered. Ordered monday night 7th July and despatched on 8th and arrived on the 9th. I don't think they could improve on their service.

Excellent customer service! I bought some melamine dinner sets and they arrived in super quick time. Really helpful sales staff when I emailed with a query and their response was fast.
Their products are also competitively priced. I found the product on eBay then sourced it straight to the retailer.
